Centrally located, this home is only a short walk or bike ride to the Ed Walline Beach Access, where you can spend you days taking in the sunshine on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast! Walk or bike to the shops and restaurants of Gulf Place, where you will find many delicious places to eat, fun shops and plenty to do! Cool down from the hot Florida sun at the community pool that is only 100ft from the home!
Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen This includes bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!
From the moment you walk into the front door, you will immediately realize why staying at this house "Shore Beats Work". Beautifully appointed with a spacious open floor plan and upgraded kitchen, guests will not be disappointed! A great layout for families, everyone can feel like they are spending time together, no matter where they are! Relax on the cozy couches after a full day fun in the sun and watch T.V. on the flat screen. The first level of the home also features a Queen bedroom with a full bathroom.
As you walk upstairs to the second level you will find the three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom features a Queen sized bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom off the hallway features two set of twin bunk beds and a private bathroom, a perfect room for the kiddos. Finally on the second level is the spacious master suite with King sized bed, ensuite bathroom and private balcony!

BEACH ACCESS:
Ed Walline Park is right in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach at Gulf Place where County Road 393 converges with Scenic 30A. This beach access has restroom facilities and two picnic pavilions that sit atop a dune overlooking the gorgeous gulf. In spite of its dune top location there are ramps that meander down to the beautiful beach below so it is handicapped accessible as well. There is also a unique one story Observation Desk for viewing the gulf beyond and it is popular place to spot surfers and frolicking dolphin in the distance. Life Guards are on duty at the Ed Walline Beach Access during the summer season.
Starter Amenity Package:
All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, conditioning shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x2) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X2), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, bicycles, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, and beach toys.
