The second bedroom has a day bed with a trundle. There is a large living room, adjacent sunroom, and recently updated kitchen. If you can play, a Roland 88 weighted-key electric piano there is one in the living room. There are headphones, should you decide not to disturb your friends and family.

This gated community offers a swimming pool and a small gym. Everyone from toddlers, to our most mature guests, will enjoy Neptune Park for picnics under the massive oak trees. Miniature golf, a playground, and a fishing pier are other attractions, in the park. This Condo has a beautiful view of the Harbour Oaks Canal and its landscaping. 7/10ths of a mile to the beach and plenty of space to enjoy your vacation.

$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.
