There two bright guest bedrooms, a dining room with seating for 6 (with lake view and sliding door to lanai) and a cozy den. It's 4 miles to Ft. Myers beach & guests can use our bikes! At Gulf Harbour, you can walk or ride a bike to a 1/2 mile sandy path along the Caloosahatchee River. The furnishings are tasteful and in great condition. We welcome responsible adults (occupancy limit of 3/4). 30-day minimum lease; the community association must approve all tenants. (A fee applies.) No animals, outdoor grilling, or smoking. We check references. NOTE: From January 1 through March 31 (high season) a 60+ day minimum lease is required (lease extensions possible). Tenants must sign lease before booking is final.
