Large Historical property with 2 cottages to rent.
2 storey stone building with 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds), sofa bed (sleeps 1 only), 1 bathroom and kitchenette with dining area.
Smart tv, internet and fully equipped kitchen.
Adjoining cottage (see Crabapple Cottage for seperate booking) has one queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom and all amenities of other cottage with verandah overlooking large grassland to the river.
Shared BBQ.
Both cottages are fully furnished with quality linen, towels and a choice of pillows.

Lovely Berrima Cottage Stay
Beautifully appointed cottage with a pretty garden that has a stream at the bottom of it. Fully fenced and secure for dogs. Centrally located in the heart of Berrima and close to restaurants, local pub and shops all within walking distance. My friend and I and our two little dogs had a wonderful time. Highly recommend it.

Nice historic cottage with great rear garden
We stayed with our pet dog, so the facilities in the rear garden were perfect for our dog to make full use of the space. The garden was also a very nice space to sit in either in the morning with a coffee or late arvo with a glass of wine. The stone cottage helped create a nice atmosphere while visiting Berrima. A helpful hint for future guests is for some small mainteneance on the two steel queen beds in each room that made quite loud squeaky noices with the slightest of movement.

Well equipped comfortable cottage. A lovely outlook with grassed area and pond with seating. Cottage has everything you need. The only complaint would be is that beds aren’t very comfortable

Wonderful stay!
It was our second stay at Daphne Cottage and we can't wait to return. Phil (and no doubt, Annie) is an excellent host - full of suggestions and very convivial. The cottage is in a very quiet, central position in the town and is spotless. The atmosphere is charming.

The back yard of this property was spectacular. Right on the river with a duck pond and lovely seating. Beautiful trees and well kept lawn. Being dog friendly was excellent. Location was excellent. The inside of the property was neat and tidy but not clean. The toilet was filthy and there was a lot of dust. There was no oven only a microwave oven that was meant to cook most things as it grilled etc. the kitchen was under the steps and we had to hang a ribbon from the steps so we would not hit our head when we washed up. No dishwasher, tiny bathroom. The beds were so uncomfortable and squeaked loudly every time we rolled over. The linen and pillows did not feel or smell fresh and clean. We paid for two nights but only stayed for one.

Lovely cottage and great location
Nice little cottage within a short walking distance to everywhere in town. Much more spacious than the pictures. Highly recommend if you're looking to stay in the area.

Delightful cottage in a perfect location
We had the most wonderful weekend enjoying this beautiful space. The house is spotlessly clean and very quaint. The bedrooms are pretty and comfortable. We love the old fire and the garden. Phil is a lovely host who made us feel welcome. Great chats.

Beautiful country stay
Beautiful, little sandstone cottage. Two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds and a fold out sofa downstairs. Air conditioning to create instant perfect temperature and a log fire for ambiance. Bathroom is downstairs so a bit of a noisy trek for night visits. Easy check in, parking outside and very comfortable. I would stay again.

Fantastic Cottage Stay
Beautiful place, everything as stated on listing with a little pond in the backyard that has ducks come throughout the stay. Lots of beautiful birds about Phil the host was fantastic telling us about the area and where to go. Cafe across the road and park. Very central to Berrima.

Peaceful weekend
Daphne Cottage is a perfect place to escape to for a quiet weekend. Our host Phil was welcoming and helpful but also left us in peace. The house is warm and comfortable.

Highlands getaway
This is a lovely cottage right in the heart of Berrima so a great location for the Southern Highlands. The cottage is very well set up and very comfortable; there is a minor inconvenience in that the bathroom and toilet are downstairs, the bedrooms upstairs. Still an excellent place to stay.

Weather very cold and took a while to heat the cottage. Overall, the accommodation was fine and close to the village. Host very helpful and always ready to help out if we needed him. Quiet, peaceful location.

A lovely short stay
Beautiful Cottage in a beautiful town! Warm and cosy! Loved the wood fire which was pre stoked to perfection. Air conditioning worked well also. Great backyard for our Fur baby! Great proximity to bakery and coffee shop. We all had a ball. Would definitely stay again!
