On the top floor the house has 5 bedrooms, all of them suites with air conditioning. On the lower floor there is a delicious and spacious living room, TV room and a good dining table for 8 seats ... in addition, the kitchen, laundry and garage are located on this floor.
The best part still on this floor is the outdoor area .... delicious pool, a huge lawn among coconut trees and an amazing balcony with barbecue! All of this facing the sea and direct access to the beach!
The condo also offers beach service, gym and sauna.
