If you’re looking to slip your toes into the warm sand of a pristine beach then welcome to a place where you can spend the day with friends and family in the bright sunshine. Welcome to a place where you can sit and listen to the waves crashing along the shore. A place were you can watch children laugh and play at the water’s edge, a place where you are more likely to see a dolphin than a beach umbrella…

Amenities include: A marina which can accommodate watercraft up to 30 ft and is just 3 miles from ocean access via the inlet,Tennis, game room, library, Heated Olympic size pool, BBQ grill, Wi-Fi, central air, TV, X-Box, all linen, towels, beach towels, a beach bag, beach chairs, more then enough kitchen appliances to cook a nice meal, keurig coffee maker (bring your flavor of k-cups) some supplied, extra blankets and full washer and dryer. Also some Soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, laundry detergent, paper towels all supplied. House is professionally cleaned by a company. June 2021 we replaced the flooring to vinyl wood planks, replaced both tiolets for a higher seat and replaced the couch to a leather futon with charging ports. Always trying to make the rental more enjoyable and comfortable for the renter and there family.

Amazing beach house stay

Perfect place for a beach weekend. We walked with the grands over to the beach and then went to the pool. The pool here is amazing!! The house was perfect. 2 beds/2 baths and a futon that folds down to a bed. AC was nice and cold. Huge fridge. Full size washer dryer. Lots of fluffy towels. Couldn't ask for a better beach house. Will be back.

Excellent rental as well as awesome location!

My husband & I along with my sister & her husband along with our 5 lb Chihuahua stayed at this beautiful unit for 2 weeks, wish it was more! When I state that this property had it all, I truly mean everything, wow!!!! The property was so fully stocked with anything you may need on vacation. Highly recommend you arrive & view property prior to shopping. Even includes many large, great beach towels, beach bags, beach chairs, high end beach umbrellas, even beach tents & a wagon to carry it! Numerous huge bath towels, face towels & washcloths. Many toiletries, full size washer/dryer & everything needed to do laundry. Kitchen is also fully stocked with exception of perishables of course, ice maker, dishwasher, great cookware, full set plus of dishes. Really could go on & on, but hopefully you get the idea. The huge, heated pool is to die for & it sits right across the Hwy from an absolutely gorgeous beach & awesome ocean. Very short walk to beach at a very safe pedestrian crossing signal. Such a lovely unit, just can’t state it enough. Thank you Meredith & Jeff for making our vacation so memorable.

Wonderful house, perfect beach

This cute beach house was perfect for our weekend getaway to the beach. A short walk to one of the best beaches in Florida, the neighborhood is really cute and fun to walk around. The pool is amazing - big, clean, perfect temperature. The house is cozy, clean, comfortable, and extremely well stocked with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, the showers and bathtub are nice, and having a washer and dryer was great so we didn't leave with a bunch of dirty clothes. We brought our own stuff but beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, beach bag, etc are provided which is really nice. The host is very easy to reach and friendly This place was 100% what I was looking for and I will definitely be back.

Beautiful, relaxing get away!!

“Our yellow house” as my 4 and 6 year old referred to it was simply amazing. We were on a vacation while our oldest played baseball in Vero. The complex was beautiful and so close to the beach. The house was full of wonderful amenities, such as a full sized washer and dryer. Coming home with only a few dirty clothes made returning so much easier. The beds/pillows were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The property manager was in constant contact on arrival day and periodically sent reminders for trash day, etc. The private beach was great! There were very few others on the beach. We were able to spread out and really enjoy the sand and water. The pool was wonderful as well. I would highly recommend this property over and over.

Great stay!

I truly over packed. I could have left it all home. There was every thing you could think of in the home; Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach wagon to haul your supplies. Not to mention all the other items supplied with the home. Nice little property. Beach was AMAZING!!! Beach is maybe a 4 minute walk from the house. You have to cross a highway. Not busy at all. A cross walk is there which makes it even better. One day we were the only ones on the beach!! So peaceful!! The pool was amazing also! Huge pool. Pool is like a 2 minute walk from the property.

Cutest house & great location

Loved staying here! The house literally had everything needed for a great stay and was so clean! Loved the friendly community around us, felt like home. We really enjoyed the huge community pool and the short walk to the beach. Our hosts were great - easy and quick communication. The keurig stopped working the morning after we arrived, they had a new one shipped out quickly! We loved everything about this cute home and we will be booking again the next time we come to Florida!

Family Vacation

Had a great time with my two grandchildren, 3 + 5 and my Aunt!! The pool was great and the walk to the beach reasonable once we found the correct road. House was very clean and we found everything we needed! No playground. I wish I had printed off a map of the community so we wouldn't have had such a hard time finding our way around.

Clean and comfortable

The house was very clean and the furnishings and linens like new. We didn’t use very much but the home was well stocked with cookware. We enjoyed the beach just a short walk away. Towels, umbrellas, chairs, mats, and boogie boards were provided and a cart to carry everything. The pool was also very nice and heated to a comfortable temperature.

Perfect beach bungalow!

We had a great stay at this bright, clean and COMPLETELY stocked home. Anything and everything we could have needed or wanted for our short stay was there. Perfect spot for us to be able to visit with friends at their nearby condo! Thank you!

Excellent Stay Ft Pierce

Perfect for our short stay!!! Property as advertised although was surprised at the flexible use of the marina (mooring)! This is a big plus in fishing paradise and might encourage renters. The unit offers all services no need to run up to community laundry facility. Appreciate your taking pets! Will return next year!

Great Community

I needed a break from work so I rented this home in Vero Beach. I had indicated I had two pets-one is an emotional support (trained German Shepherd) with papers. I had a great time, I followed all the rules, picked up after my dogs and made sure the home was as clean as when I arrived. I had even hosed and cleaned the ac filter because it was filthy and I wanted to make sure I took good care of the home while I was there. The day we were leaving, I washed the towels, ran the dishwasher, swept the floor, and took out the trash. Imagine my surprise when I received a text from the owner stating that she had watched me on the surveillance camera outside and saw I had a big dog and was charging me $50 more! First of all, the thought of someone keeping an eye on me while I was on vacation is not something I am comfortable with and, second of all, I left the home in better shape than when I arrived. The weekend that started out as the best has now gone on my list of the worst and I will not use Vrbo again. Star

Best vacation home!

We have stayed at several vacation homes over the years and this one is at the top of my list! You feel right at home from the very beginning. Meredith is a great communicator. Her place is very well stocked. If you forgot something, she most likely has it. The home is very tastefully decorated with a beach theme and it's very comfortable. Pool is big and nice and the beaches are beautiful. Short walk to either one. We specially enjoyed the Ft. Peirce Inlet State Park, just a short 5 minute drive. There is a $6 car fee but it is soooo worth it. Perfect place to bring young children. Beach is very shallow and surf is very gentle. No rip currents while we visited. We saw a lot of wild life there including fish, manatees, stingrays, sea turtles, a dolphin, and a nurse shark. The water is crystal clear! The kitchen is very well equipped and she has an extra large washer and dryer. There are beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and one of those small carts so you can pull everything with you. she has plenty of linens, blankets and towels. She also provides a gas grill but we didn't use it. Everything is of very good quality. We were two adults, our two children ages 10 and 8, my mother and our dachshund. My husband's mom decided to join us for a few days. It was a last minute decision and Meredith was very easy to work with. We also extended our stay and we appreciated her flexibility. We had to pick up and drop of the grandma's from West Palm Beach airport (1:30 hrs. drive) and Orlando airport (2 hrs. drive). If you have the chance, you should visit DuBois park in Jupiter (1 hr. Drive) just North of WPB. There is also Lion Country Safari In WPB and it's a 1:30 drive. Publix is a 12 minute drive and Super Walmart is 25 minutes away. Trust me, you won't regret coming to this place!

Excellent house and host. Great communication. Great location. And clean clean clean. Bunk bed tight for adults to sleep in but it worked. Convenient to Fort Pierce. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very clean and convenient to beach

The house was perfect for the family of 4 staying. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and the hosts were very responsive to providing access. It has beach towels and chairs ready for rolling to the beach in the cart they had in the house.
