My friends and I were satisfied with our stay. The one issue we had was due to neighbors. The host was prompt in replying to my messages and the issue with the neighbors was nonexistent the second night.
The property was easy to locate and find all attractions. The cleanliness of the property was very questionable, we found ants in the bathroom and kitchen, we found a live cockroach running on cabinet in kitchen when we turned on the lights, when we chased it and moved the microwave there were dead ones. The door to the garage was wide open when we came in and the door to the backyard was not locked. The kitchen very much smelled like cigarette smoke. Lots of dirt along baseboards and cobwebs. We did not spend much time there and chose to not eat there. Cute place, just needs a good thorough cleaning and an exterminator
Neighborhood could use cleanup, glad we were on the corner lot.
House was fully stocked! It was very comfortable and happy to have had a closed in garage! Ants were found in multiple places. We found ant poison and used it. Recommend long term treatment!
Close proximity to everything!!
We did find Rees house!!!
Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We spent a couple nights in this rental. It was very clean, and easy to get to anywhere in town. The owner communicated a lot of good information. Would definitely stay here again.
It’s my niece and mom’s birthday in July- they are both big PW fans. This was the perfect place- close to the mercantile and all her things. The house was perfect!
Outdated. Hard to get padlock to open for key. Instructions were not sent until after we called asking how to get in. Unit was hot and could not adjust temp. Affordable. Not what we were looking for. Only stayed one night and checked out early.
A nice place to stay. Good location, quiet neighborhood and plenty of amenities. There really was only one minor problem: the place was clean but the wife found a couple of stray hairs here and there. Probably an isolated incident. Otherwise, a good experience.
If you are looking for a place close to Mercantile Or you are just passing through, this is it. The host Mark was fantastic in his communication with me, he was prompt. The house was not only cost effective but very CLEAN and accommodating. It is a duplex, the neighbors are very kind and quiet. I cannot express enough on how satisfied we were.
Cozy, comfortable, clean home in the cute Osage town. The owner is responsive and helpful with basic necessities provided. I would stay again if in the area.
This house was a perfect size and house for our stay. We were there to visit the Mercantile and the Pioneer Woman lodge so just needed a good bed and shower and both were great!
