The spacious villa has a south-facing electric heated pool with pool cage, and the lanai overlooks a small, peaceful canal.

The villa is furnished to a high standard, has full air conditioning, and wireless Internet. Some Rotonda properties are on busy roads, but my villa is located in a quiet cul de sac (no outlet) with no through traffic, so it's a wonderful place to unwind - yet it is close to many amenities.

CLEANING COSTS INCLUDED IN TOTAL RENTAL CHARGE.

The spacious living/great room has a 40" 4K TV, Blu-Ray/DVD Player, CD/radio, and two really comfortable power reclining sofas. There is a separate formal dining area and also a breakfast nook, but we enjoy eating at the poolside table, beside the sun loungers, looking out down the canal. Many of our guests sit out on the lanai in the evenings and make use of the barbeque grill.

The master bedroom is 24 feet long with a king-size bed and digital TV. It leads to a large en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, deep bath, 'his' and 'hers' wash basins and vanity units. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and digital TV, while the third bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom has a chest and walk-in closet, and there is a second bathroom with shower for bedrooms two and three. Both the master bedroom and the great room have sliding doors that open out onto the lanai.

The large kitchen is well-equipped with all the normal facilities. It has a breakfast bar with bar stools, and there is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Rotonda West is a sought-after residential community, close to miles of superb sandy beaches. There are endless possibilities for golfing (4 courses within 5 miles!), fishing, shelling, boating, and nature trips. Scenic Broadmoor Park is very nearby.

The area boasts several good restaurants as well as casual dining, and there are many shops and malls in Englewood, Port Charlotte, Venice, Sarasota and Ellenton.

The combination of quality accommodation in a superb locality means a great stay for guests, many of whom return to the villa when they vacation in Florida.

We had a great location a it is a great house. Unfortunately, many of the beaches were closed due to the hurricane. But, we still managed to spend a couple days at a couple beaches and do some fishing at some of the canals and lakes. It was always nice coming back to this home we chose and will probably return to.

Perfect house in Rotunda

This house is nicely furnished, clean and has a great layout. Very comfortable. It's right near Long Marsh golf course. We brought our bikes, but they also have bikes in the garage. This is a good location to ride your bike or walk. We bikes to Sassy Tarts and ate at the VFW. Two locations worth stopping at.

Nice getaway

Beautiful home with plenty of space and beautiful pool. Located within a reasonable distance to many desirable beaches and shopping. Would definitely recommend and would return to this lovely home. We had a wonderful time.

Wunderschöne 3 Wochen in einem schönen Haus in prima Umgebung!

Wir waren zu Zweit 3 Wochen im Mai in diesem schönen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man benötigt um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen! Der Eigentümer ist super nett und auch der Betreuer vor Ort ( Mr. Faulkner ) ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich prima um alle Belange.Die Wohngegend ist Safe und sehr schön es gibt einige nette Nachbarn und Restaurants und schöne Strände sind in 15-30min erreichbar. Auto ist natürlich zwingend erforderlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt waren die vielen Kleinen Stechtiere die trotz Lanei uns das Leben etwas schwer gemacht haben. Wir haben Zitronellakerzen verwendet und mussten uns immer mit off Spray einsprühen. So hatten wir es noch nie erlebt. Alles in allem war es sehr schön wir werden noch lange daran denken!

Very Nice Place, would stay again

My family and I stayed here for a weekend getaway end of Dec. The place was as advertised, very nice, very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. The kids especially enjoyed the pool. The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Would stay again!

We stayed here to be near my parents in Rotonda West, FL for Thanksgiving. Very clean, beautiful pool, bathrooms are a bit dated, and we ran out of toilet paper, but it's a spacious, 3 bedroom villa in a beautifully landscaped neighborhood. Summer Fun

Great location. Love this area. The house was wonderful, but is a little outdated. The carpet is a faded pink and has lots of stains. The blinds needs replacing, the lights need lightbulbs, and the remotes need batteries. Just a few minor upgrades can go a long way. The one thing that really needs attention is the ants. We could not leave any food, plates, or glasses on the counter because there was always little ants. Always worse in the morning. Again, just a little TLC can make a big improvement.

Great location

Property was in good order and pretty much everything you need. Could use a keurig machine😊. The bug screen was missing and we assumed the last hurricane took it as many homes were still under repair. When we checked out there were people dropping off materials to fix the screen. Very central to local beaches. Would highly recommend.

Lanai still broken/missing, not informed

House was as advertised, bit dated, but spacious and clean. But we were not informed dat due to hurican Ian last year, the lanai, which was destructed, was not rebuild before we came and we were not informed about this! Some debris still lying around! And the mosquitos did find us. If we would have know this before -that there was no lanai anymore- we would have looked for another property.

Granddaughter fun!

All around great!

The house is beautiful. Pictures in the listing don’t do it Justice. Nice neighborhood. Everything was clean. Very nice beaches within 15 minutes of the house.

Why they chose this property

We first fell in love with the Rotonda area in 1999, and rented different villas there each year. As rentors we learnt a great deal about what makes a good vacation property. When we purchased our holiday home in 2006 we put that experience to use.

The villa ticked all the boxes - quiet location - yet close enough to beaches, shops and restaurants. Excellent south facing lanai and pool, plenty of space, huge master bedroom with walk in master bathroom, 2 car garage.
