Welcome to luxury in the Blue Ridge Mountains, between Highlands and Clayton, Georgia. Our custom built mountain retreat is in an area undamaged by Helene. It has floor to ceiling fireplaces, abundant 20 ft. windows, with indoor pool, fabulous custom wine room, billiard room, separate game room and breathtaking long-range layered views of the mountains and Sky Valley. At approximately 3,800 feet, the 2-story, 9,600+ sq. ft. house is located in a paved-road community in Northeast Georgia that borders North Carolina. It is a house for every season, providing spectacular sunsets year round.
Hand-carved woodwork that was modeled off the Biltmore Estate, is found throughout the house. The property features a heated indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, a fire pit, a billiard room, a gourmet kitchen, a theater, a 50's style diner, a wine room/lounge, and a game room that offers table hockey, video games, pinball and foosball. Stunning views from 2 levels provide ample outdoor deck space with outdoor heaters, patio furniture and a screened porch.
There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, including the stunning master, and 2 bedrooms downstairs. All bedrooms offer king size beds and have their own bathrooms en suite. Two pull out sofa beds, which are appropriate for children, are also available in the game room area, which has its own half bath. There is also another half bath on the main floor.
