300 sq ft living quarters including the the full private bathroom that is totally private in the main house the two separate entrances overlooking our lake with lighted fountains that fishing is permitted on 20 acres to walk hike & explore.has plenty of parking with enough room to park your boat trailer or rv.this addition is brand new & been completely upgraded with all new windows and doors.The bathroom has all new fixtures with new hot water heater.

I had a pleasant experience at this property. It is not fancy but has everything you need. The grounds are attractive with a pond and fountain.
