Ideally located in the 'Golden Triangle' of Lennox Head, just minutes to the beach, restaurants and shops, Grotta Mare is the perfect place if you're looking for the Lennox Head relaxed beach lifestyle.
With three-bedrooms on the lower level, all of which are generously sized with built-in robes, as well as a stylish bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles, there is plenty of room for family and friends.
Gorgeous black butt timber cladding and polished concrete floors are throughout the property and the luxurious master bedroom and parent's retreat is on the upper level, which is supported by a floating staircase. This space has a dressing room, spacious ensuite and balcony that overlooks a solar-heated pool.
Throughout the house there are a range of modern appliances, a large oven and stone benchtops, suitable for a modern chef.
There is also a study and work area if you still need to work and attached to the property, there is a studio that may be leased separately, or used for the accompanying nanny.
