Our group of 6 (3 couples) stayed in the Granada for a long birthday weekend. Great location being just a few minutes from the beach, supermarket, mall and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The pictures online are accurate. There is parking for two cars but a third can park on the street on the side of the house.
The kitchen was a good size and well equipped to make a meal. Since the kitchen and living area are open concept, there was plenty of room for all of us to eat, hang out and watch TV from either room. The front outside lounge area was definitely roomy enough to hang out and grill in but it rained most of the weekend so we really couldn't enjoy it. We did not use the back porch. There was beach gear but we travel with our own so we did not use them.
The master bedroom, bathroom and closet were very spacious and comfortable. The second bedroom across from the master was a good size and had a sliding door out to the back porch. However, the second bathroom was on the other side of the house which made it a little inconvenient for one couple to have to go back and forth but not a deal breaker. The third bedroom was a comfortable size and also on the other side of the house which was good for privacy. However, the bed frame was extremely creaky and would wake my husband or me every time we got in, out or even just turned over in bed. We reached out to the host after the first night but were told nobody ever complained about it before. I'm not sure how because it was very loud. The issue was not rectified. It was so bad for us that we moved to the master bedroom for the last night after one of our couples had to leave early. The third bathroom (not pictured) was spacious and on the same side as the third bedroom. However, it does not have an a/c vent or extractor so the humidity builds up and becomes hot very quickly. There is a small window over the sink that could be opened but it is level with your torso and has no covering so there is a possibility of exposing yourself to the neighbors. I had it covered with a hand towel and couldn't really open it due to the rain. In order to air out the bathroom after we used it, we had to leave the door open, which you could then see from the couch.
Overall, I would recommend this place if the cons I mentioned above don't bother you. I would probably stay again if I didn't have to stay in the third bedroom or use the third bathroom.
