The condo had a clean,friendly welcoming atmosphere. The company knew that previous work had been done on the washer and dryer unit. The unit didn’t work and we were told it would be fixed after we left. However, they could pick up a load of laundry we had tried to wash and they would dry it. Really, that was unsatisfactory for our needs. Also the ice maker should have been turned on and ready for us. We had to purchase bags of ice as it took 2 days for the ice maker to adequately work. We took before and after pics of the condo to make sure everything was left as we had found it. The rental was ok but we have had better rental experiences from previous vacations.

We truly love our spring breaks at Mar Vista and this condo did not disappoint. The views are spectacular and the condo met all of our expectations. We might recommend an upgrade in the WiFi but everything else was great!

Condo and grounds were the cleanest we've ever experienced!! Kudos to this owners cleaning services for the actual condo! The grounds itself are maintained by facility and they also do an upstanding job! All beds we're very comfortable. Condo was plenty spacious for 5 adults. Elevators extremely fast and clean! The ONLY "complaint" would be the ceiling fan in the first bedroom is very squeaky and the showerhead water pressure in the first bathroom (the only stand alone bathroom) was VERY LACKING, more water pressure in the sink. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect! We are already planning another stay in the future! It was very odd having to submit photo of credit card information and drivers license and selfie to simply reserve the condo. We had MUCH hesitation about this. Mar Vista Grande is in a great location and a very secure building! Cant wait for our next stay!

North Myrtle Condo

We were very impressed with the rental, and had a great time. This was a family vacation, so we had three adult couples,a toddler, and an infant. The condo was spacious enough to hold all of us without feeling at all cramped. The balcony was large enough for everyone as well. We spent time at the pool on the one day it did rain a little, and really enjoyed it. We have no complaints or issues, and would absolutely stay again.

Love, love this place

My family and I have vacationed in Myrtle Beach a lot over the years. This is by far the best location. Can’t beat the beach, the nice pool area with the tiki bar. This was our second time staying in the building; we won’t stay anywhere else.

Looks can be deceiving

It took over 1.5hrs access the property because the key was not returned properly and lack of responsiveness to multiple calls for assistance, as a pregnant woman and the family sat in an unairconditioned lobby. When the maintenance man finally arrived, his key didn’t work either, which required an additional hour of waiting. The company agreed to call Friday to discuss the issue and never called or reimbursed the wasted time. There also was a leak in the ceiling which dropped down the wall inside the paint. When the maintenance man came to look at the leak, he opened the air ventilation access and the a/c filter was filthy—1/4 of dirt and accumulation. We would never stay here again nor recommend the property.

This building is beautiful. There are cleaners and Maintenace workers on site all day, every day, keeping the property perfect. This condo was very luxurious and clean with a beautiful view of the pools & beach. I would highly recommend getting up for a sunrise. Our reservation was managed by Saltwater Grande, there was no Host per say. They are available 24/7 and answered questions promptly, but there is less personalization. I am used to having more instructions & general information about the property, but this rental offered minimal (which was fine honestly). I had to read other reviews to get some of my info. One thing we learned was we cannot park on the 1st level, we had a warning on our car. We had to ask where the fitness room was (5th floor), the condo does have a vacuum, just keep looking. Small stuff like that. My only complaint is this reservation added an unexpected "Host Fee" which made the daily rate (which appeared to be lower or comparable to other units in the same building) much more costly in the end. You will not realize this until you book the reservation. With taxes & cleaning fees & service fees along with now a Host Fee it really adds up. I am the benefit of this extra cost. In the end I would still highly recommend this property. It was upscale & immaculate.

The view of the ocean was great and the balcony was bigger than most others we had stayed in. The condo was very nice and spacious. We loved the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The kids had a blast in the lazy River. We will stay here again!

Great Property

Condo was in great condition. I liked how the building required a code to get into. Easy parking, great communication with property managers of condo for check in/out. I did feel that it lacked directions as far as where we could park as there is a gate in the parking garage, where to take the trash, or a list of contacts if the property required attention, that wasn’t part of the condo (i.e. while we stayed there someone had puked by the pool and there was no number listed around that area to call for housekeeping). The furniture and beds were in good condition and we used the kitchen quite a bit as we have kids that don’t enjoy eating out much. Lots of food/grocery delivery options available for this location as well! Thank you and we will be back for sure!

Excellent property in great location at Myrtle Beach

The condo was excellent - great furniture, appointments, etc. We had 6 people - my wife, me, three adult children and our oldest's fiancé. The three bedrooms and bathrooms made everything comfortable. The unit looks right out on the Beach and offered outstanding views. The building has a great indoor and outdoor pool and a tiki bar. We had a great time.

Highly recommend!

The condo was exactly like we saw in the pics and very clean. The facility was also very nicely maintained - we frequently saw people cleaning and sweeping up/drying the hallway from the pool/beach. Very clean and safe! Our master bedroom was so spacious, and the master bath was deluxe! Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was perfect for our kids. We have a family of 8, so the spacious balcony was very nice. Even though there weren't seats for all of us, there was plenty of room for us all to be out there. We spent most of the time on the beach or at the pool area anyway! It took us a few days to figure out where to throw trash away (finally read the sign in the elevator!), and we didn't realize there was a vacuum until we were packing up, so be sure to look in all the closets if you have a question about something - chances are you'll find it eventually! Overall, the whole process was quite easy and the condo is fantastic! This was our family's first trip to the ocean, and it was sure hard to leave. Thanks for a GREAT stay!
