Jolie maison, très bien située

Jolie maison, déco sympa, grande terrasse, beau petit jardin sans vis à vis avec jacuzzi et sa douche extérieure très pratique pour en profiter au mieux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité de la plage, du marché, des commerces : tout se fait à pieds. Hôte accueillante, petites attentions appréciables (la bouteille d'apéritif charantais, les friandises locales, le bouquet de roses) et bons conseils concernant la visite à faire à Rochefort.

Très bon séjour

La maison, par ses prestations comme par sa situation, est tout à fait haut de gamme. Les enfants ont adoré le jacuzzi. Le plan de travail de la cuisine n'est pas très grand, mais nous avons profité des traiteurs du quartier, et de la plancha sur la terrasse. Les contacts avec l'hôtesse étaient excellents.

Beautiful house in great location

Small house located in a quiet side street just one road back from the beach. Just as per the photos, beautifully maintained, well equipped and lovely outside area. No sound insulation between upstairs and downstairs so take ear plugs if someone snores! The town is lovely, the beach is clean and there are a number of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. Easy 25min drive to La Rochelle or Rochefort. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful owner. Would definitely stay again, didn't want to leave!

Fantastic

The house is exactly as you see in the photos. Furnished with care and great taste. Fantastic position. Couple hundred meters from a beautiful, sandy beach and the center. Wonderful places to visit nearby, Really good restaurants and delicious food you can buy from idillic ,small shops and inside market. The owner is a really nice and friendly lady and had a nice bottle of local wine and some pastries waiting at our arrival. Only downside was the fact that our one week holiday ended too soon.

Tolle Unterkunft, tolle Lage, sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin.

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man so brauchen könnte (Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Fön, ausreichend Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe, Vorratsdosen, …) . Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort und es gibt auch für die Kleinsten wirklich alles (Babybett, Hochstuhl, Treppenschutzgitter bei Bedarf, Babybadewanne). Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Innenhof / Garten ist wunderschön angelegt. Ein Teil der riesigen Terrasse ist überdacht, so dass man auch bei Sonne ein schönes schattiges Plätzchen hat. Der Garten ist absolut windgeschützt. Die Terrasse & Garten hat mehrere Tische mit ausreichend Stühlen, eine Sofaecke, Sitzsack, kleine Loungestühle für Kinder, … ein Außenwaschbecken, Grill, … Das Jacuzzi und die Außendusche waren echt was Tolles! Das Ferienhaus liegt perfekt, je 2 min zum Strand, zu verschiedenen Bäckern, zum Supermarkt, zur Markthalle, Cafés, … An der Straße gab es auch immer einen Parkplatz und die Fahrräder kann man durch das abschließbare Hoftor in den Garten/Innenhofbereich mitnehmen. Der Kontakt zu Frau Gloanec war äußerst nett und zuvorkommend und bei jeglichen Fragen o.ä. stand sie zur Verfügung. Für unsere Ankunft hatte sie ein kleines Willkommenspaket vorbereitet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Vielen Dank!

Tout simplement parfait !

La maison est idéalement placée entre la plage et les commerces, nous avons tout fait à pieds, un vrai luxe avec deux enfants en bas age ! La maison est spacieuse,très bien équipée et surtout aménagée avec gout. Le quartier est calme et nous avons pu garer facilement notre voiture devant la maison. Terrasse et jardin remarquable avec son spa. Détail important : le jardin est parfaitement clos donc très sécurisant avec des enfants. Un grand merci à Mme Gloanec pour son accueil, ses attentions pour nous et nos filles...et ses précieux conseils.

Magnifique maison

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique maison très propre et décorée avec gout. La terrasse, je jardin et le spa...un vrai bonheur! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité des commerces , du petit marché couvert et de la plage ...et meme du médecin !!! tout est à 200m Merci Madame Gloanec pour votre accueil chaleureux. Superbly furnished house in excellent location

Firstly, the property is exactly as per the photographs. It is a modern, tastefully decorated house which is equipped with everything you would need. The kitchen is lovely, and two bathrooms are particularly useful. The owner is very welcoming and is available to answer any queries that you may have. The secluded garden is sheltered from the sea breezes and is a perfect sun trap as well as also having a hot tub fitted. The property is located within 5 minutes from the beach and the traditional French town. A car is probably essential to make the most of the surrounding area as a dual carriageway is only 5 minutes away. La Rochelle is a 15 minute drive away, or even better hire a cycle from the local cycle shop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property and the local area, which is suited for people familiar with exploring areas in France.

Un paradis en Nouvelle-Aquitaine!

Tout comme sur les photos, en plus beau encore ...parce qu'on y était! Séjour de six adultes et rien à reprocher: tout est là et de super qualité: l'espace, les équipements ménagers, l'accès média, le jardin, le jacuzzi... sans oublier l'accueil très sympa et attentionné de Madame Gloanec et, cerise sur le gâteau, une météo ensoleillée! Maison très bien située, au calme mais proche de tout. Bref, foncez-y en toute confiance! Une petite suggestion: ce serait chouette d'avoir un petit document personnalisé de Madame Gloanec avec ses coups de cœur, sites/activités insolites à proximité, etc., car elle aime incontestablement sa région.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Chatelaillon. La maison est idéalement située afin de tout faire sans utiliser la voiture. Perfektes Haus für Strand- und Sight Seeing Urlaub

Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Zu dem Haus gehört ein kleiner Garten, eine schöne Terrasse und als I-Tüpfelchen ein Jacuzzi, der die Entspannung perfekt macht. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Das Haus liegt nah am Strand und zum Markt bzw. Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten aus der Gegend willkommen geheißen. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

très belle location avec très bon emplacement

location idéalement située dans le quartier du marché et à 2 pas du front de mer. L'équipement de la maison est de très bon niveau et la rénovation récente d'excellente facture. Le must reste le spa au sein d'un aménagement extérieur de grande qualité, au calme, sans vis-à-vis... Ne pas oublier l'accueil de Madame GLOANEC, toujours disponible. N'hésitez pas plus longtemps...

Une belle découverte ! Très agréable séjour

La maison est très fonctionnelle, bien agencée, bien décorée et tres bien située par rapport aux commerces et à la plage. Le jardin et le terrasse sont très agréables sans oublier le jacuzzi extérieur ! Un pur bonheur meme en hiver !! La propriétaire est charmante et pleine de délicates attentions. Maison avec beaucoup de charme. Rien a reprocher, tout a ete pense pour passer d excellentes vacances. Rien ne manque ...Le SPA est tres agreable dans un petit jardin fort sympathique.Tout est a proximite immediate, plage et commerces, le marche couvert ouvert tous les matins... Ville tres agreable. Nous y retournerons. Merci a mme gloannec pour son accueil et sa confiance , nous avons apprécié. A l annee prochaine 😉
