Great single storey house, 04 rooms with 02 complete suites and 01 reversible suite, super cozy, in totally flat and landscaped grounds, within the best and safest condominium in the oceanic region of Niterói, very close to the clover of Camboinhas and Piratininga Beaches . The house has an excellent leisure area with swimming pool, covered barbecue and a complete bathroom.
The house has 04 rooms with 02 complete suites and 01 reversible. All 03 suites have direct access to the pool / leisure area of the house. All 04 rooms have air conditioning and a ceiling fan and SKY cable TV!
Complete leisure area of the house has a large new pool and shower. All fenced for the safety of children. It also has a large covered barbecue area assisted by a complete bathroom.
The house and its leisure area have a beautiful lighted garden and a small fish pond.
The condominium's leisure area, which is very close to the house, offers tennis courts, multisport, soccer field, playground, skate park and walking areas.
Condomínio Residencial Camboatá is close to the best beaches, the best bars, the BAR DO MEIO concert hall (shows with live music), restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlors, the main bank branches, supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations and shopping malls in the region, among other options.
The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 people (including children in this number) which is the permitted limit.
Covered garage for 02 cars, but the parking area of the condominium's leisure area, which is very close to the house, can be used.
The house is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning units and ceiling fans in all rooms, washing machine, TV, SKY cable channel, Internet NET and direct intercom with the concierge / security.
OBS: We provide bathing suits, bed and table, as well as 2 refrigerators, blender, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, oven, kitchen utensils and equipment for barbecue use.
The three best beaches in the ocean region of Niterói which are: Camboinhas, Piratininga and Itacoatiara are located very close to the condominium
The great location of the condominium also allows easy transportation to downtown Rio de Janeiro, Búzios, Cabo Frio, among others in the Lakes Region.

Beautiful house nicely located
We were a group of 5 adults visiting Rio for the 2016 Olympics. The house suited our needs perfectly with a bedroom to spare. Flavio and Lecy are gracious hosts who provided everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. The gated community is safe and well maintained and the grounds of the house are gorgeous - try having breakfast with the extremely curious marmosets. Downtown Rio is about 45 minutes away by car although there is a ferry from Niteroi that is useful. Still a car is really necessary if you want to sightsee. It was actually a relief staying out of the bustle of Rio after a day of sightseeing and relaxing by the pool. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely recommend the house for your stay and we would definitely stay here again, should we return. An extra kudo to Favio who helped us out in an emergency when our car got locked into a parking garage (should have checked those closing times more closely) with the house keys in the car. With the help of our taxi driver who telephoned Flavio for us, we got back to the house where our amazing host was waiting to let us in. Thank you Flavio and Lecy for making our trip so memorable.

A casa é incrível, muito limpa, bate perfeitamente com a descrição do site. Cozinha bem montada, quartos organizados, roupas de cama e banho impecáveis. Ares funcionam perfeitamente, e a área da piscina é muito agradável. Os donos são duas pessoas muito simpáticas, que nos recepecionaram muito bem, deram dicas e orientações sobre a casa com todo cuidado. Esperamos voltar mais vezes!

Casa Maravilhosa
Tudo começa com a atenção dos anfitriões, super atenciosos e educados, sempre de prontidão para esclarecer qualquer dúvida. A casa fica em condomínio fechado com segurança 24 horas, o locatário dispõe de roupas de cama, toalhas e sabonetes, todos os itens de cozinha estão disponíveis e em ótimo estado. A limpeza da casa é excepcional. O único ponto desfavorável é a presença de mosquitos ao entardecer (típico da região, não tem muito pra onde correr) porém todas as janelas possuem telas mosquiteiro, e também é disponibilizado inúmeros tipos de repelentes pelo locatário. O condomínio ainda dispõe de quadra poli esportiva, quadra de tênis e um campo de futebol. Nós adoramos a estadia e com certeza retornaremos.

Maravilhosa!
Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo gentil casal proprietário do imóvel. A casa é exatamente como descrita no anúncio: bem cuidada, arrumada, móveis novos e toda equipada, não nos faltou nada para passarmos um delicioso final de semana entre amigos. Toda roupa de cama é branca, limpa e nova. Casa arejada e em perfeitas condições. Recomendamos o imóvel e com certeza em oportunidades futuras retornaremos. Obrigada!

Fim de semana perfeito
Fui com minha família comemorar o dia das mães e passamos um final de semana maravilhoso. A casa é bem mobilhada, os utensílios em perfeito estado, internet, TV a cabo, segurança, conforto, área externa e interna em excelente estado. Curtimos muito e saímos satisfeitos com a escolha da casa.Com certeza iremos voltar e recomendo a todos. Os proprietários são muito gentis e atenciosos, além de muito simpáticos.

Maravilhosa estadia: segurança, conforto e lazer .
Muito conforto, área externa maravilhosa. Aproveitamos muito a piscina e a churrasqueira. Também curtimos muito o jardim, o verde, enfim, natureza pura. Saímos com as energias renovadas. Casa localizada num excelente ponto muito perto das praias de Camboinhas e Piratininga, Condomínio com excelente estrutura e segurança, muito tranquilo, casa muito aconchegante com tudo que você possa precisar melhor que Hotel, uma piscina maravilhosa, casa ampla fui com 6 pessoas e ficamos muito bem instalados. Paraíso Bucólico
Fui com minha familia e crianças pequenas, a casa é excelente, espaçosa, tudo limpo e novo. Ar condicionado, wi-fi, Sky, Netflix, todos utensílios de cozinha, churrasqueira, roupas de cama e banho. Não precisa levar nada, melhor que hotel. O que mais gostamos: da piscina (ótima para adultos ela tem em torno de 1,50m de profundidade, levamos boia para as crianças e uma piscina pequena de montar); interação com a natureza (as crianças ficaram encantadas em dar bananas aos micos); área de lazer do condomínio excelente (quadra de futebol/basquete, quadra de tênis e parquinho para os pequenos), segurança do condomínio alto nível e praia de Camboinhas a 3 minutos de carro. Os donos são muito simpáticos e agradáveis faz tudo para que a hospedagem seja a melhor possível, nos sentimos "de casa". Pontos de atenção: Muitos mosquitos no final da tarde. Eles deixam repelente caso esqueçam, remédios têm na casa e todas as janelas possuem telas. Sugestão: Na sala não tem ventilador de teto. Caso gostem de assistir televisão na sala levar um. Porém nas duas suítes possui tv, ventilador e ar. Amamos a estadia, voltaremos com certeza.

Superou as expectativas!
Os proprietários foram simpáticos e atenciosos. A casa é ampla e aconchegante, situada em um condomínio com estrutura de lazer e segurança, acomodou confortavelmente nossos familiares, num total de dez pessoas, que passamos bons dez dias neste carnaval de 2015. Os quatro dormitórios, todos com ar condicionado, têm acesso direto à área de lazer, o que proporciona bastante privacidade a todos os ocupantes. Uma piscina de água cristalina e uma potente ducha, uma boa área para churrasco, com banheiro anexo e um belo jardim na frente. Todos os ambiente, as roupas de cama e banho, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Equipamentos e utensílios de boa qualidade e em perfeito estado. Pudemos desfrutar ainda dos atrativos e comodidades da região: belas praias, bons restaurantes, e comercio em geral, com serviços de entrega. Ficamos muito satisfeitos e recomendamos, sem dúvida. Apenas um pequeno detalhe: em se tratando de casa de gaúcho, faltou uma boa faca de churrasco, tche! Eh he he...
