Welcome to Black Box. Modern Waterfront Pool Home. We’d like to invite you to share our luxury vacation home in SW Cape Coral with water views on the freshwater Canal. Enjoy the screened in lanai & BBQ area. This home is approx. 1,690ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and has an open living, dining and kitchen concept layout granting you waterfront views of the lap pool and canal. The house is set up for up to 4 person. Thank you

Das Haus wurde Ende 2019 fertiggestellt und wurde bisher -coronabedingt- kaum genutzt. Es stehen 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer für maximal 4 Gäste zur Verfügung. Die Einrichtung ist modern und behaglich. Mittelpunkt ist der Patio (Lanai). Von hier ist es zum Pool nicht weiter als zum Kühlschrank. Ob Hitze oder Regen - hier ist man immer geschützt und kann die Urlaubstage von früh bis spät genießen.
