Island Time is approximately 2000 square feet with fantastic views of the Emerald water. Home has a large open area for entertaining and a gourmet kitchen. The house also boasts plenty of outdoor space (covered and uncovered) over-looking the beautiful beach and Gulf of Mexico.
Island Time is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Ocean! Excellent layout for large groups! Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need. Come make memories and enjoy this wonderful home with your family and friends.
Home is located on Spyglass Drive on the East end of Panama City Beach. The home's location couldn't be better; you're walking distance to several restaurants, night spots and a short bike ride to St Andrews State Park. AMAZING, RELAXING

We came down a perfect week. The water was calm and beautiful! The place was very spacious and very nice, the outside shower after the beach was great! I absolutely recommend staying here! Being able to wake up and see the ocean or sitting on the porch listening and watching the moon and ocean was soo perfect!!!

Beautiful beach location!

The house is just like the pictures! Everything was clean and had no issues. Loved the fact that we had a garage to park in. The deck was fantastic to sit on and enjoy my coffee. I would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent Property - great location- views and accommodations

We were in awe of how amazing this house was. The views were better than imagined - 180 degrees of ocean/beach views with the floor to ceiling windows in living/dining/kitchen areas. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the living spaces wide open and accommodating. The kitchen is spacious, well stocked and has a great view. The patio offered plenty of sun and a gorgeous sunset view. The white sands and clear waters are at your feet, just down a flight of stairs. We were able to see dolphins and other marine life every day from the patio and beach. The property manager was friendly and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. We look forward to returning next year!

Dishonesty through omission

When my family and I arrived after a 13 hour drive, we walked into the house to find our view of the ocean obscured by heavy machinery, portable toilets, and a blocked off beach. All of this was directly in front of the house. Around 7:15pm, as the sun started to set, the dozen or so workers turned on very bright work lights. One set of these was pointed directly into mine and my husbands room. All. Night. Long. This happened for 4 nights straight. And, when they drove the heavy machinery across the beach it would shake the entire house. We had no access to the beach directly in front of our beach front home for the first 4 days of our stay. The workers made my two daughters uncomfortable, as they were always in front of the house. They worked all the way through Easter Sunday which was disappointing to say the least. We had planned on doing an Easter Service with our view but could not. We had to call the property manager multiple times to try to resolve this issue with a refund but we were met with resistance from the owners. They got a letter about this construction in September but failed to inform us prior to our stay, they knew that had we known of this, we would've booked elsewhere. The owners stayed the week before us so they knew that the views were obstructed by construction. Oh, and the cherry on top was finding a cockroach in the ice maker.

Amazing

This was the PERFECT beach front location! We went in November and we’re lucky to dodge an incoming tropical storm. The weather was actually ideal. We loved watching the sunset each evening, then walking the beach at night. We woke up each morning and had breakfast and coffee on the balcony. The fencing and gates made it ideal for bringing the family dog along. The beach was never overcrowded. I only wish the house was available for November again this year so we could re-book.

Perfect, house was recently updated and so refreshing. Everything was wonderful and view was breathtaking. My mother wants to go back but insists will only stay in this house. It was the best vacation we have ever taken as a group

A most fantastic week!!

I really needed to get away from work and household chores and totally relax. This location was more than I could have asked for. The house was fantastic, the view was superb, and the waves rolling in at night were unbelievable. Leaving the balcony at night was almost impossible. I am ready to go back again - tomorrow if I could.

Can't beat the view!

You can't beat the ocean front view from this house! The house was very clean. It is a little outdated and needs a little tlc, but overall a nice house. We had another fabulous time at PCB!

Beautiful beach house

Beautiful well maintained property right on the beach. I have been going to Panama City beach for 20 years and this house was probably the best. The property management promptly replied to my questions, so I was pleased with that.
