This ski-in-ski-out 3-bedroom condo is located in Sun Valley and will sleep up to eight guests. On the upper level, you will find the living, dining, and kitchen. The living room has a 55-inch flat-screen streaming TV, leather furniture, and access to a deck with mountain views. The fully stocked kitchen is spacious with stainless steel appliances. There are 3 bar stools at the kitchen countertop for extra seating. The dining table seats 6. There is a half bathroom off the dining area. There is a wood-burning fireplace. Firewood is not provided.

On the lower level of the condo are the master and second bedrooms. Master has a King bed, 42-inch flat-screen TV, and access to the deck area. The master bath has a single sink vanity and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and access to a hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only. There is a stack washer/dryer in a closet in this bathroom.

The third bedroom is located above the living area. It has 2 Queen beds, a 36-inch flat screen /DVD player, and Mt Views. The bathroom has a single sink vanity and shower only. This is truly a ski-in-ski-out property where you can see the runs from the upstairs bedroom and living area. PARKING FOR ONLY ONE CAR. This complex is NOT pet friendly and renters in violation of the pet policy will be charged a $100 fee per day.

Complex Features: The Snowcreek Condominiums are located within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Snowcreek condos. Staying at Snowcreek also includes access to a complex pool in the summer and a clubhouse with a game room and hot tub year-round. No kids under 5 are allowed in the hot tub. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available with these passes. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
