Perfect family condo!

We loved our stay in Indian Rocks Beach. This condo was spacious, comfortable, well-decorated and the view of the Gulf could not be beat. The condo was well stocked with beach equipment (chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc...) which made our stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed nights on the patio watching the sunset. Highly recommend this condo and location!

We will be back

We enjoyed the unit so much. I wish I brought my hair dryer. Unit said it had one it didn’t. Master bedroom sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. Wish all theTVs was smart TVs. Overall we had a great time. Perfect weather all week.

It was great other than having to move a dumpster out of the assigned outside parking spot. Condo was clean and not a lot of noise outby pool area. I would stay again.

Nice Place to stay and relax

We enjoyed our stay. We had to call the property management for an issue and they were prompt and very helpful. The only thing was the pool a family was very loud and they were in the pool till 10pm. With the doors closed you could hear them and that was frustrating.

When we checked in (at 4:30 pm) we were fairly surprised to find a realtor and a stager on site. There was also no parking available (being occupied by the realtor and cleaning crew). We loved the location, but found the place to be in dire need of deep cleaning( grimmey door knobs, vents, under & on top of furniture coated with dust) There is no smart TV (so no ability to stream). A confusing array of remote controls- Diane the friendly manager came quite quickly to help sort this out. The beach chairs provided were all rusty and unusable, which was disappointing. Kitchen has large array of pots/pans dishes- but why cook when there are so many restaurants within walking distance? The WiFI was easy to use, and reliable..

This was a nice place, we really did enjoy our stay. Only complaint would be you hear everything. If you are on a lower level you hear everyone above you, walking, talking, moving chairs. And the grill is an old park grill that needs updating. I wouldn’t recommend anyone trying to cook on it. But would definitely stay here again. Location is fabulous.

Really enjoyed the stay. Had only one problem, umbrella was broken and had they had another sent over within the day. Many restaurants in walking distance and really enjoyed walking through the nature trail in the mangroves behind the dog park.

Great place!

I almost hesitate to leave a rave review because I don’t want to make it too popular for us to return! The proximity of the condo, pool, beach, and restaurants was amazing. We were easily able to spend the whole day on the beach and in the pool, then walk to dinner at several nearby places (and ice cream, too!) The condo was clean and had everything we needed. If I had one complaint, it would be that the bedrooms didn’t cool as well as the main living spaces making them a little stuff at night. We will definitely return to this property!

Condo in need of repairs and updates. Master bedroom very warm found extra fan in condo however it was broken. Shower light worked intermittently. Washer and dryer nice but made screeching sound (washer) while in use. Beach equipment unbrellas have no attachments to stabilize for usage. No extras provided no Kleenex. 1 roll of tp per restroom.

Family vacation!

The location of this condo is great, parking is great, not crowded so did not spend any time waiting on elevator and the view Is perfect. The condo itself needs updating. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on, all 3 of the beds were uncomfortable, the washing machine makes loud noises the whole time it runs, there was barely any water pressure in the master bath sink and the balcony furniture and definitely the concrete floor needs cleaning!!! The good things - this condo is a great size. There was only 4 of us but we could have easily had 4 more in there!! The kitchen is a great size with lots of counter space. Lots of closet space!! The water pressure in the master bath shower was great!! The pool area needed cleaned. The lounge chairs were dirty. The beach area was not crowded at all and was beautiful. There are no lifeguards and no beach chairs and umbrella to rent on the beach. The sunsets were beautiful every night!!

Good location dirty condo

The only good thing about this condo was the location. When we opened the door there was sand all through the condo. We found a used bandaid under the bed of the master as we swept. Water stains all over the sinks like they had not been cleaned. The sheets were dirty & the couch had horrible stains we kept towels on it our entire stay. 3 days in the Air froze & we did not even move the temp. The patio was full of sand also. I would NOT recommend this condo.

I had a great time in this location .The weather did not cooperate but not your fault. The only problem was the dishwasher. I had to do all dishes by hand because the dishwasher wouldn't drain and the smell of skunky water is not the best

This property is perfectly situated in Indian Rocks! We were able to walk to several restaurants and stores, then come back to a beautiful Gulf front view. Could stand a few updates, but this place is clean and served our purposes well!

Great Thanksgiving getaway

Indian Rocks Beach is my favorite, and I am glad that I found Hamilton House! The condo was just the right size for my daughter, granddaughter and myself. Well supplied kitchen for making our meals. I loved the balcony and the view of the Gulf! There were a couple of minor things that need attention. The sliding door screen in the living room has a large tear at the bottom, and the shower head in the master bath needs a good cleaning. My daughter and granddaughter did say that the beds in the second bedroom were uncomfortable……too hard. All else was great!!
