Our first house is 1 apartman, approx. 40 m2. The interior designer renewed it by minimal-industrial style.
Lake - 200m, free beach - 250m, payable beach, store, restaurants - 400m.
In the house there is 2 small bedrooms with double beds, 15 cm memory-foam, aloe vera mattres
Couch, tv, AC, dining table in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, micro.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink.
You can rest, grill, sunbath, or just relax at the hidden terrace, behind the house.
