This home is one block from the bay and has a nice partial bay view. Cozy and comfortable, with a large living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, bath with tub and shower, and two small bedrooms with queen beds. Hardwood floors. The kitchen is furnished with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster, and cookware. Linens and towels are provided. There is a fenced yard. Washer and dryer in basement.

Fantastic!! Ready to book again for next year.
We were permitted an early check in which was really appreciated. The cottage is clean, cozy and conveniently located. We were amazed at how spacious and well equipped our rental was. It felt like it was our own Grammy's house we borrowed for a week. Everything we could have needed and more was already there. From a blender in the kitchen to shampoo and conditioner in the shower! The property is one block from a wonderful bike path and walkway that overlooks the marina. Her property is centrally located for trips to the zoo and beach or to the mall. The fresh flowers in vases in the house were just one of the many extra welcoming touches. I give this a 5 star rating. Thank you so much for your kindnesses.
