Amazing wedding weekend!

Cindy’s house is absolutely lovely. With ample parking space (which is rare in the area) and a breathtaking waterfront view, we were so happy and excited to stay in this location. The location is close to great wineries and breweries. The house was clean, bright, and inviting. Cindy was easy to communicate with and even lent our family fishing poles. We had an amazing wedding weekend and would return in a heartbeat. We had 7 people with us and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Great multi family spot on QKA

The photos do not do this property justice! It is spacious yet inviting and cozy. There is more than enough room for 3 families to stay comfortably (and we didn’t add the second house). The outside is spectacular with walk-out access to the lake, a yard, and high quality furniture everywhere. This home’s close and flat proximity to the water is unusual and very convenient. It makes going in and out so simple for all ages. The kids loved using the kayaks and playing in the shallow parts of the lake near the home. This is a gorgeous home that we can’t wait to return to!

Beautiful stay!

Just stayed here for a friend weekend and it was beautiful! Owner was so easy to work with! We added the guest house for some extra rooms and space. Definitely want to come back!

Amazing Waterfront Home

We just got back from spending the weekend with two other couples at this house. Everything about it was perfect. The house and waterfront yard are beautiful, clean and comfortable. We spent the first evening sitting out on the dock. There is plenty of room. Even though it rained, we had a great time. Thank you for everything Cindy!

Weekend Get Away

We had a fantastic time celebrating a bride to be in a great home. I felt very comfortable working with the owner, Cindy. She even reached out to me to make sure I was all set and questions were answered. The house was great and much larger than expected. I think the photos on the listing didn’t capture just how great everything is in person. There was ample space for 9 adults and great restaurants and farms nearby to visit too. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Getaway Weekend

The location of the house was perfect. Easy to find, plenty of parking and fabulous spot right on the lake. We enjoyed a fire in the firepit almost literally on the water! It was cold so we didn't spend too much time outdoors but the outside living area is incredible! The kitchen and living area on the main floor are spacious, with PLENTY of kitchen supplies and entertainment. Communication with the host was quick and easy via text. A few things to note and clarify -- the main house only has 2 bathrooms. If you need the third bath make sure to ask about the guest house, as it is located there. The VRBO listing does not indicate that the guest house is separate and usually an added cost. When we arrived and I asked about the 3rd bathroom Cindy was very accommodating and let us into the guest house for that purpose. We were very grateful! We had specifically booked this location because we wanted 3 bathrooms for 3 newly-acquainted couples, and properties with 3 baths were hard to find! For other groups this might not be an issue, but it was an important feature for our group. Also, we were asked to bring some of our own supplies -- bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, bed pillows. It wasn't an issue as we were driving and had plenty of space to transport these items, but I mention it in case anyone flies or takes the train to the area. Overall it was a fabulous trip and we would stay here again!

Fabulous Girls Reunion Weekend

Just Fabulous!!! the house is really nice and spacious. Nice size kitchen and dining area. we were only 6 in our party so 2 bathrooms were adequate BUT if there were more people in the house, I think just 2 bathrooms would be a problem..... the location is gorgeous. we absolutely loved the outdoor areas and the lakeview is so beautiful! I will definitely consider going back!

Great fall vacation spot

More than enough room to accommodate a large group over 15 but also perfect for 4 people. The kictchen had everything we needed. Close to the water, beautiful views. Off street parking was easy. Cindy and Jim were great and very accommodating.

Beautiful lakeside property

I stayed at Cindy's lakeside property over a long weekend with a group of 16 people. There was more than enough sleeping room and seating available between the living room, rec room, dining area and kitchen bar. Cindy was quick to respond to all inquiries and provided a lot of information prior to our arrival. The house is right on the lake and has plenty of seating outside on the dock and porch, as well as a waterfront fire pit. We all hope to return to this beautiful and cozy escape!

Hated to Leave!

A group of seven women spent a long weekend in this beautiful house celebrating my daughter's 30th birthday. The house had everything we were looking for: row boat, kayaks, paddle boat, fire pit. The view from the decks is spectacular with plenty of seating for everyone. The house is extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and stocked with every kitchen utensil you may need. The location is convenient to the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. Another major plus is the level lot that enables you to park in a flat driveway at the house. No parking in the street, no steps to climb down. Cindy is a pleasure and answered every little question we had. Will definitely recommend her home!

Beautiful Property for a Group Getaway

My fiancé and I rented this property for a weekend group getaway in celebration of our upcoming wedding. The house comfortably fit our group of 15 people, and we have an absolute blast enjoying all of the things the property has to offer. The house was gorgeous and clean when we arrived, and it's very cozily decorated making us feel right at home. There is a lot of seating out on the dock to enjoy the sun, and the swimming dock was a ton of fun to swim out to and sunbathe. There are a couple tables out on the back porch and on the back patio, making BBQs easy for a larger group. Cindy was so easy to work with and made herself available if we needed her during our stay. We had such a great time that we are already planning a trip back for next year!

Fabulous time can't wait until next year

The houses are amazing and the location was perfect for our family reunion. We enjoyed all the amenities that the house offered. From the board games to the video games, kayaks to swimming in the lake, our kids never said the dreaded words "I'm bored". The furnishings and attention to details was tremendous. The kitchen had every cooking utensil and then some, which made cooking meals for 17 people a breeze. Cindy and Jim, your hospitality is unsurpassed. Thank you so much for everything and we are counting down the days until next year.
