Étant fonctionnaire, j’ai acheté cet appartement dans le cadre de l’investissement pérenne et pouvoir completer la pension de ma retraite le moment venu. Dans l’entretemps je le loue pour faciliter le remboursement du prêt contracté. Je l’entretien régulièrement pour qu’il continue à se conserver et offrir un bon cadre d’accueil à ses visiteurs.
