From the very start this team has been so helpful. They gave advice on stuff to do, the home was in such a good location. If there was any issue, there was a solution soon to follow. Beautiful home, convenient location, and helpful hosts. We'll be back.
Cute little house perfect for two couples, or in our case couple and our daughter. House has all the amenities for a comfortable stay and the inside is lovely. The parking space is a life saver on soccer game nights! The hosts were very attentive, checking in to make sure everything was all okay. We travel to St Paul annually and would definitely stay here again.
Stayed here during our home renovation and found it to be clean, comfortable and well appointed for our one month stay. Very convenient location and off-street parking. All the comforts of home!
I was very impressed by the communication from property management starting from the day I booked the property. All instructions for check in and check out were available via text the day before each was to happen. The property manager was friendly and extremely helpful.
this house was ideal for me as I was a summer school student in town for an extended time. The house would have been great for one more person as well, but tight for more than two.
The house is older and had character.
The location was great for being able to get around, though not the most ideal for taking walks.

Not a safe or comfortable feel
We arrived at night and while circling to find back parking area we experienced many people standing in the shadows (not the neighbors who were chatting around their residences). The backyard was not fully enclosed so not a feeling of safety or privacy. Backdoor entry pad not working and no lights on in back for our arrival. While trying to get door open the residents in the apartment that is literally a few feet away were staring at us which was uncomfortable. We had to drag our luggage around to the front where random people, some with apparent mental illness were standing under the trees by the front door. We did make it inside and found the home to be sparsely furnished, and not welcoming. Older home with heavy, dark energy & creepy closets and a dripping faucet in only bathroom. Overall vibe was not safe, relaxing or comfortable. We let property manager know and located a hotel for our time in Minnesota instead. Disappointing.
Midway neighborhood is great because it is either a train ride or a 15 minute drive to everything, in the Twin Cities. We chose not to use train this time because a rental car felt better wrt COVID - but this home is beautifully situated for the train. Also close to UMinn. It was clean and well equipped and is charmingly furnished and decorated. Wifi excellent for those who are working. Easy access to neighborhood restaurants and shopping in St Paul (with a car). Close to Can Can Wonderland (a St Paul must-do). We will definitely come back when we 'lift and shift' to St Paul for another week.
Both of us are readers, trying to read by an overhead light is difficult. Need night stands beside beds with reading lamps and also a floor lamp behind couch. Otherwise the property nice living. Maybe some wall hooks in bathroom to hang clothes. The neighborhood was quiet and location very convenient. We enjoyed our stay.
This worked perfectly for me and my young child who came to town specifically to visit Como Zoo and the Children’s Museum. The house was quiet, very clean, and met all our needs.

I love to create art (Musician), watch anime, travel, experiment with international cuisine and laugh. My home has been updated with a lot of help and care from friends and family for whom our doors are always open, so I hope that during your stay you experience the same care and hospitality in which I take pride in. Welcome to the Twin Cities and hope that you have a lovely stay!
What makes this property unique
Free off-street parking for up to two cars and the U.S. Bank Stadium is only 5.9 miles from the house; however, high traffic is anticipated for major event and I strongly encourage you to utilize the train, especially since it is mere 0.2 miles from the front door. The airport is 7.6 miles away and by transferring the two train lines the city has to offer, Blue and Green, you can skip driving altogether and be at the house in about 45 minutes. I also recommend using the train to easily explore the parks, clubs, breweries and museums the Twin Cities have to offer.
