Located on Fitzroy Street adjacent to the beach end, this studio apartment has plenty to offer! Enjoy a large range of shops, cafes and restaurants in the St Kilda area. Local attractions such as the famous Acland St cake shops, Luna Park & Albert Park.
Spacious studio room with small kitchenette equipped with fridge and dishwasher, microwave and sink, NO stove or oven. Beautiful and clean, relatively new. Pretty quiet, the apartment is at the back of the building, the front street is Fitzroy street. Never ending entertainment in StKilda!
Please advise us in advance if you would like access to secure onsite parking at $20/day.
