Completely redone, this beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home includes a large kitchen with amenities, vaulted living room ceiling, and an open floor plan. Guests have access to wireless connectivity, 3 TVs with HD channels, DVD, and free phone access domestically. Stroll outside and enjoy the large heated pool under a completely screened patio. Only minutes away from Disney in a quiet, gated community with a large recreation center including two community pools, a spa, horseshoes, and shuffleboard. A “basic” rental with pool
This rental met our basic needs. Use of the garage for our car was a plus! Communication with the property manager was great and always prompt. While the pool was “cleaned” weekly, the pool picture advertising is deceiving…the area was dated and dirty, with mold, pollen and mildew…not at all like the picture. The interior of the house and its furniture is dated/in poor repair. The sofa/ love seat was so worn out that we had to use pillows and blankets under the cushions to even sit on it. Although plentiful, dishes, silverware, utensils and appliances were put away dirty/greasy. The rental met our needs but definitely left a lot to be desired.

We stayed done month. The house was clean but the decking around the pool needed power washing. The pool itself was clean and usable. We called Celine the first day because the pots and pans were unusable. She asked no questions but had Amazon deliver new pots and pans the very next day. That is brilliant service. There are some issues that need to be addressed but overall we were comfortable, safe and happy with the house.

Very good and quiet house but needs a bit of TLC
Pros: House is spacious, quiet and has lots of amenities like towels and dishes, as well as a pool and a garage. Cons: patio furniture barely supported a body over 200 lbs, dishwasher did not do a good job, wifi was spotty, appliances need an upgrade.

quick summer pool break
Shawn was easy to deal with and the Property Manger and check in process was super easy. Overall the home is dated but we understood that going in. The private pool area was great with a nice exposure for Sun. Neighborhood was super quiet, which was nice. Having a desk was a great feature as I was working remotely. A couple of items to note: There was no BBQ (not an issue for us, but for others to know), and the last renters / cleaners did not ensure the dishes were clean so we had to rewash them (again not a huge issue but an opportunity for the Property Manager to address). Overall we enjoyed our stay,

Great Host, could of been more presentable....
Great Host, great communication.....the house however could of been in better condition, bathroom sinks had corrosion like they hadn't been used in a while but hadn't been taken care of before stay.....also private pool access was a plus but surrounding pool area was not up to par at all! Weeds and vines coming out everywhere that could of been taken care of and pool surface needed to be power washed badly yet hadn't been.taken care of.....you can tell the house wasn't properly touched up or thoroughly cleaned before stay which is ashame because if it had I would have nothing to say and I'm an easy going person......but to have these things that needed to be done and still put the property up for rent disappointing, would think twice about renting again......would definitely ask if issues have been taken care of before I'd stay again.. especially for the money that was paid

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect and the location was close to everything we wanted. Checking in and out of the house was seamless. The neighborhood was quiet and we spent several afternoons just relaxing on the deck and swimming. So glad we came across this property and would definitely stay again!

Nice place - the only thing that we ran into was the internet was weak also one of tv's didn't work one bedroom and the bedroom with the twin beds didn't have a tv at all. But we would stay there again good location

Meh.
We checked in late night because of flight delays. The property was located gated community so we had to get property owners to buzz us in thru the gates. It made us feel guilty since I imagined they had to stay up until we checked in. Poor communication on check in. We were never sent instructions so I had to call and text thru Vrbo multiple times with no response. Finally someone texted me from different number not listed on Vrbo, asking us when we were going to check in. Upon arrival at the property, there were no lights. Had to use our cell phone flashlight to find lockbox with key. There was a struggle to get key out of the lockbox. The numbers had to line up precisely to unlock. The air was not on when we went in so inside smelled musty and felt humid. Did not feel welcoming with first impression. Property didn’t feel clean. The pool area is small. Not much room to layout for a family of 6. The property is a convenient location from Disney and the airport. We came back from Disney late at night and could not get thru the gates without the owner buzzing us in. We had to drive in circles to let other residences get thru the gate until the property owners buzzed us in. Apparently after check in, there was a key card to use to access the gates but that was never communicated to us. Later we found the key card in a bowl under coasters on the coffee table. The property needs updating. Overall the stay was a stressful stay.

The home was very comfortable with nice private pool. There were also 2 community pools and a hot tub. We would suggest a King size bed with a firm foundation as the Queen in the master bedroom jiggled a lot when one person moved. Good laundry facilities and all the utensils one would need in the Kitchen. The dishwasher was nice, but was not very good at cleaning things as many had to be hand washed after the dishwasher cycle. The property manager was very responsive to all requests. Nice quiet community.

Disney Christmas Stay
Property was clean, very centrally located, took us about 22 mins to get to the Disney parks. Property was clean, mattresses could use a little updating but beds were still sleepable,, didn’t go out in the pool, would stay here again if we come back. Property manager was very informative about electric outages that happened during our stay as well which helped us prepare somewhat for no electricity for a few hours one of the nights we stayed. All in all we had a great trip

Great Little House
We had a wonderful time I Florida. The house was clean, the beds were comfy and it was close to all store for amenities. We loved that there were board games there and our kids loved the pool. My only suggestion is for home management to make sure the remotes have batteries as some didn’t and the games didn’t have any pens so we bought some and left them for the next guests. Other than that, everything with the home was wonderful and we would absolutely stay again.

Beds suck
Nice property but if your driving 1100 miles and doing parks everyday not a good option for rest. The beds are so uncomfortable you can’t get a good nights rest. This for me is important because days are long and lots of walking at parks you need a good nights sleep.

Getaway for a week
We loved the peace and quiet we experienced at the private pool. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Master bedroom mattress could use a refresh but everything else was great. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Quiet neighbourhood
Lovely quiet community. House was great for our family of 3; it had everything we needed and the pool was fantastic! There was lots of fluffy bathing towels and nice pool towels available. We didn’t have any issues during our stay and was happy to be in sunny Florida while it snowed at home in Canada. Shawn and the property manager were both excellent to deal with. I think this property is priced appropriately for the location, size and condition of the home.

Needs updating and repairs.
Check in and neighborhood was easy and beautiful. All the beds seemed old lumpy uncomfortable and the master even had a area you rolled in and got stuck. Kitchen had water damage and old cabinets that are different colors. Pics don't match the actual kitchen. Master bath had water damage on the vanity that i reported immediately so I wasn't charged. Property manager told me the owner was aware of it and had been for a while. The cabinet is buckling and needs to be replaced asap. We paid a cleaning fee but we were expected to clean and do laundry on our last day not something you expect to do. Also when you go away you don't expect to need to purchase tp. We ran out at 10 pm when most stores were closed as there isn't any on the property not something you think about on vaca. If they made the necessary repairs and updates it would be a great place to stay.

Overall very happy 😊 Had different issues that were addressed promptly. Communication was very good. Kitchen is very well equipped. Very quiet & friendly gated community. Loved the pool! Kitchen/carpet could use a deep cleaning. A big thank you to Shawn for kindness. We would love to stay again if we return to the area.
