Nice quiet stay

Our crew ranges in age from 21 to 83 and they were all pleased with the house. Plenty of space for privacy when they wanted or hanging out together. The laundry came in really handy as we were working long days while we were in town. The only thing not exactly as we expected was the upstairs bathroom which was tough for a couple for the taller guys who were part of our group. But the multiple entrances made it easy for those who worked later to come in without disturbing the others which was a plus.

We had the most amazing time! Our contact Denise was super sweet! She allowed us to come into the up stairs apartment early. The upstairs and the main house was PERFECT! Super comfortable beds, spacious and so peaceful! We even talked about wanting to purchase if it was for sale! When we come back to Nashville we would absolutely stay again! Thank you Denise! ♥️

Daughter’s bachelorette party Older group of girls so they appreciated the kitchens that provided after bar snacks instead of eating out all the time. Close to Walmart for forgotten items Uber wasn’t terribly costly Quick pick ups Definitely a place to rebook if the opportunity presents itself again. Didn’t get to utilize the big backyard because of the weather 🥶🥶🥶. But maybe next time. Neighborhood looked and felt safe

Nashville trip

Highly recommend this home for your stay in Nashville. Home very spacious fit all 12 of us for my daughters 21sr bday celebration 15 min to Broadway house was clean and managers were awesome to deal with. 😃

Great time!

We loved staying here. The only issue we had was that the listing said it had a dryer but it didn’t. We had to hang dry which was a bummer as we hoped to use the dryer to refresh clothes from our luggage. The upstairs also isn’t as private as we hoped for the 3 beds up there. Other than that the stay was great and the property manager was very nice! Definitely recommend for large groups!

Family time!

It can be difficult to find property with 5 bedrooms for 10 people/5 couples. This worked good for our family, although the upstairs was not as private, but still worked. We had a great time!!

Going home to Grandma’s

This home is quaint and sweet. Very well supplied and easy to find and access. Cleaning could have been better but we just touched up. Bedroom door locks are backwards, back stairs are too dark, several light switches didn’t work but other lights were provided. Desperately needs new handrail on stair well, dangerous. The sunroom was a great place for coffee but the smoke smell was awful. Overall we enjoyed the time we had there.

Cute place

Overall very happy with the stay. Sleeping arrangements held true to what was depicted in ad. House was not cleaned very well, dirty stove, glass on floor but owner very responsive to calls/texts.
