The lower level boasts three additional bedrooms, a full bath, a large laundry room, and a family room with a bar that opens onto the pool-level patio. Enjoy the natural setting and water views from the deck, patio, and pool, or hop into one of the kayaks for a paddle around the creeks. The pier is a perfect place for bird watching or catching crabs.
