Stay cancelled with no notice

Arrived to find out our week long stay was canceled with no notification. We just got here and was told sorry your reservation was canceled months ago. Had to find other accommodations

Recently, we've had two children and are unable to use all our points for our own travel, which means we can offer them at a great deal to others!
