About this property

Beach Front Condo with Endless Gulf Views!

Construction update: Construction has been completed. All pools open
Beach chairs with umbrella included with stay during March through October.
We are right ON the beach, just an elevator ride down to the sand. New furniture, refurbished pools and decking area to relax.
On the Beach!!!
Our condo is on the 11th floor and has a spectacular view of the Gulf and the beautiful white sandy beach. Enjoy one of the best views in PCB from the balcony and living area. There are three gulf-side pools (one is heated). You will have access to the fitness center.
Parking Pass: $30 payable on arrival.
Wristbands: $6 per guest.
Restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance. Pineapple Willies is next door. Shopping and entertainment are all within walking distance: Walmart, Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Golf and much more.
The condo sleeps four. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Maximum number of guests is four per HOA rules.

Great view

The view was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped. Wish it was allowed to have washer/ dryer in the units. Overall, the condo was great!

Great experience

The property was as pictured and described, very clean, perfect location. It was small but good for a couple. The complex and beach was not crowded the week we were there so it was a very pleasant stay. We could not get the tv in the bedroom to work but the manager responded and it just needed a reset. Would recommend this property for a couple.

Perfect place for snowbirds

This was our first year to try snowbirding. This condo made it a perfect stay! Nicely furnished with a beach vibe. All necessities are present. Secured gated complex with clean common areas. And a very nice, comfortable unit. No doubt, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Tim, the owner, was very responsive to our two very small issues while there. One required him to have his maintenance person replace the batteries in the keypad for the front door lock. The other, the coffee pot had to be replaced after it quit working. He quickly responded after contacting him and was quick to reimburse us for the replacement we purchased. Also, he advised us when the city issued a “boil water alert”. All of these things ensured we have a wonderful extended stay at the Sunbird in Tim’s unit. Additionally, upon the cleaning service locating some personal items we had inadvertently left behind, Tim contacted us for address information and kindly boxed up items and shipped them to us. We genuinely enjoyed it here and would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great location, clean unit!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, and the unit was exactly as described! Beach and unit were clean, and the view was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Gulf view, nice place!

We were very happy with our stay! The condo is clean, up to date and functional with plenty of towel bars, hangars, hooks, lighting, and “extras” like dvds, books, laundry detergent and balcony chairs. The area is touristy and very safe with a gated access and security guard! Cozy but perfect for 2 people!

Great place

The place was great even though balcony was closed. I would love to stay there again once balcony is open. Communication with owner was great and he kept me updated on things happening around the complex.

Our only complaint was the balcony was closed but that was out of your control. The kitchen area could use some deep cleaning. There are little ant like bugs in there also. Over all very happy with out stay.

Oceanside view

We went to PCB for my sons tournament. The condo was exactly as listed. Clean and comfortable. The construction was loud but the view and easy access to the pool and beach most definitely overwrites the occasional noise. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances. I love the little Bluetooth speaker in the bedroom, it has an option that plays light ocean sounds (it’s the small things 😊. Timothy was very quick to respond while we were there. The balcony being closed was a bummer but I knew it would be closed when I booked, the listing is very specific, and I appreciated that. I would stay here again with my children!

Great family spot!

My self, sister, and 2 kiddos stayed at this condo. We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. It was nice having 2 chairs and an umbrella for our use. We went during spring break and it was not too crowded. We all had a great time!

Out of this world view

My husband and I stayed there for three nights and four days. Clean condo with fantastic views. The owner was very helpful and quick to answer questions. I would only suggest updating info from Vrbo as it seems some items are not available out of season such as beach chairs.

Perfect for short getaway

Condo was just as described. No problems checking in as room was ready earlier than expected. Didn’t really care for paying for parking and wristbands but the included beach chairs were a plus. Location was great and very convenient. Balcony was a determining factor in renting. Pool area is nice and clean. Room was a little small but fine if you only have 2-3 and not staying a whole week. Overall I’m pleased. Great stay and easy communication with property manager.

Great condo right on beach!

Condo was just as described in listing. The view took my breath away more than expected; couldn't have been more gorgeous. It was the perfect size for our young family of 4. We absolutely loved being right on the beach and surrounded by differing size pools where none were ever too fully crowded. The communication with Tim was superb; always responded to my messages within minutes and was very thorough. I would have given this condo a 5 star, but could not due to the mold on the shower curtain, broken tiles hidden by throw rugs, water puddle on floor upon arrival, and master bedspread flung over bud not properly tucked over on both sides. Would definitely stay here again, but wanted to explain why not the 5 stars, given that a cleaning fee was charged.

I am a retired teacher and my wife is retired from the medical profession. We live in the Atlanta area and love the beach. The sand here is perfect and so is the view.

Why they chose this property

Sunbird is a smaller, quieter complex than many at PCB. The condo is right on the beach!!! No obstructed views whatsoever. We love to watch the water change colors along with the sky throughout the day - sunrises and sunsets. We also love to see pelicans fly by at eye level as well as all the beach activity such as kite surfing. The property only has 12 units per floor which keeps hallway noise to a minimum.
