This condominium has everything you could need for comfort and convenience. Located only steps from the beach, this condo is perfect for any getaway. For a few days or months at a time, you have the best in new custom design furnishings, all tile floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel kitchen appliances. With a beach type 'feel good' state of mind. The semi-private pool located right outside is as breathtaking as it comes. This condo is only seconds to the beach, local restaurants, bars, and shops. There are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a king sized bed, lazy man's chair, desk, large flat screen TV, walk-in bathroom with shower, and plenty of closet space. The guest bedroom has a Pyramid bunkbed, TV, closet, and bathroom located right outside the door. Living area also has a queen sized sleeper sofa.

This lovely property is also a 'Ten' on the curb appeal meter! Fresh new palms and plants make this the eye-candy of condos!! Only a 1 minute walk to beach.

Excellent experience

Enjoyed our stay, the place was clean, comfortable and cozy. The only thing I did address when I turned in the keys was the pool. It was a slight dirty.

Wow!

Beautiful, classy, well thought out recently remodeled unit! Location was ideal. Never heard the neighbors inside our unit. Loved the semi private pool and drive up to the door parking. Appreciated the hose in the backyard where we were able to wash off the beach sand keeping the unit sand free. Plenty of towels and kitchen items. Comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend.

Nice stay

The property on the ground floor of a 4-Plex. It’s clean and comfortable and only a very short walk to the beach. The furnishings are not exactly as depicted in the listing photos. The small pool, that we didn’t use, is located behind the building and shared with the other 3 units. The unit is located across the street from the Cafe on the Beach and was near friends, so location was great for us. Friday and Saturday nights were very busy on the island with lots of traffic and lots of noise, I assume this is typical for the busy season. We choose this property because of the location and it’s pet friendliness and we would definitely consider staying there again on a future visit to the island.

Lovely, Quiet & Clean Stay!

Loved this property! Probably the best place we’ve stayed in all our trips to SPI and we come 1-2 times yearly. This place was super clean and beds were comfortable. We could see the fireworks from the front porch, and easy 1min walk to the beach and to the delicious Palms Beach Restaurant and the drive/walk through daiquiri place. This condo was clean, quiet, and the pool was a great temp. Only minor complaint was that the AC didn’t seem to working very efficiently and never seemed to shut off It wouldn’t get lower than 75 and it began to drip/leak on our last day. Otherwise—great place and we would definitely come back!

Nice Condo VERY close to the beach!!

We wanted to go to take our daughter to a beach as this she has never been to one and wanted to stay somewhere close to the water. The place ended up being a nice selection as it was nicely furnished and was less than a block away from the beach!

Close to beach

Location great. Quite area with 1 minute walk to beach. Needs deep cleaning. Dead roach and other dead bugs in kitchen light fixture. Dryer didn’t work. Called they sent someone to repair he couldn’t. Was told they would send some one else, no one came. Woould stay again.

SPI COVID style

We booked this rental for a last minute beach trip, and the communication with the property management/owners could not have been more friendly and quick to respond! We inquired about adding an additional night the morning of checkin and due to the office not being open until checkout time, we sent an email in hopes we wouldn’t be too late with our last minute adddon. Debbie responded immediately and the main office corresponded as soon as they opened. The entire experience was fast, efficient and extremely friendly! The property sits in the most convenient spot on the island with beach access literally within a 1-2 minute walk. The property was spotless and very well maintained. I’ve been going to SPI for the last 15 years and this property or any other rentals in their portfolio is where I will book for every trip down to the coast from here on out. Great price and wonderful accommodations. Highly recommend!

4 night stay the week after Labor Day Weekend

Great stay and the most perfect and closest location to the beach. This was the 2nd condo away from the Gulf Blvd. Management was very convenient and great customer service provided to us during our stay. Only small downfall was the dryer not working, it would not heat up. As soon as management was notified, they immediately stated they would dry our items; however, we opted not to. Recommend a couple of more cookware items (pots and pans) but everything else was pretty much provided. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you management for your kindness and excellent customer service.

What a great place to sta...

What a great place to stay. The staff was kind and helpful (Bibiana & Charlie). The unit was clean, stocked with great stuff and beautiful. We enjoyed our visit to South Padre thanks to the great condo. We recommend this spot.
