This 3-bedroom, 2 bath ranch has new hardwood floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, sleeper sofa in the living room, and a backyard ready for lovely Cape evenings. All bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor: Bedroom #1 - king with full bath and A/C, Bedroom #2 - 2 twins & A/C, Bedroom #3 - 1 twin & A/C. The living room provides guests with a TV & A/C unit for cooling down. Off the dining room you'll find slider doors leading outside to the large private yard with furnished outdoor deck, enclosed outdoor shower, and both a gas and charcoal grill. Additional amenities include WIFI, Iron & Ironing board, and driveway parking for 4 cars.

Website is deceiving.

After spending a week at this home we were somewhat disappointed. . The hedges were severely overgrown and obstructed the view when entering the road. The inside was clean and neat as advertised but the musty oder was a bit overwhelming. We tried putting the heat and air conditioner on however neither one was sufficient at getting rid of the smell. We were fortunate to be able to spend the bulk of our time with our children a few minutes on otherwise we probably would have left before Friday. Brewster is a wonderful town, however this house desperately needs outdoor maintenance and a dehumidifier for the basement."
