Would absolutely do it again! This condominium is beautifully kept and was stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay! My son and husband loved the 9 hole golf course and I loved walking to the beach and shopping at nearby stores! 😊

Labor Day Holiday Weekend Gateway

Everything was perfect and let us feel like at home. Property manager’s prompt reply and advice was extremely helpful. We enjoyed the 8holes par 3 golf course morning and relaxed at the private beach already paid beach chairs and umbrella. Condo was clean and equipped almost like my home. Absolutely recommended to stay. Little bit away from beach to walk but calm and cozy condo. We would definitely return when kids have a break.

Summer 2021

Patrick Sweeney is so nice to deal with. The condo was very nice on the 8th hole of the pitch and putt right on the marina. Everything was clean and we had no problems. We motored from the condo, to the beach to one of five pools weather was great hope we can go back again.

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed Patrick's place! The location was good with about a 10 minute walk to the beach but we just drove the 1/3 of a mile because there was plenty of beach parking. The par 3 was fun. The beach was beautiful. Would definitively stay again!

It’s a cute lil condo kitchen has everything you could need, good location, plenty to do in & around

We had a great 1st trip to Destin. This was a cute & small condo, there was plenty to do in & around the condo. Kitchen fully stacked, loved sitting on the back porch you could get plenty of sun & fish off the doc, have a conversation with some of the friendly golfers. We’d definitely want to come back!

Destin Vacation

This condo located in Sandpiper Cove was absolutely perfect for a beach vacation. The condo was super clean We loved that the umbrella and chair service was included. So easy to just park in the beach parking lot and head to the beach with only a bag and towel. The condo is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. We really enjoyed using the grill for burgers one night. The grills are located in many locations on the property but the one we used was located by the pool across from the condo. We also took advantage of the par 3 golf course on the property. Great way to start our day. We will definitely be planning a vacation here in the near future.

December in Destin

Very nice area with a easy walk or drive to the beach. This property was very cozy and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The deck was our favorite spot to sit and watch the golfers putt and chip on the mini golf course spread out over Sandpiper Cove! Mimmo’s and Tailfin’s at Harbor Walk were our favorite restaurants! Bike riding on the Timpoochee Trail was fun also biked to Henderson State Park and walked the nature trail there. The white sand in Destin will be remembered for a very long time! We will return!

my husband and I absolutely love Destin Florida. We went there one year and ended up buying this beautiful condo and want to enjoy it with the world. We have seven grandchildren and we live in Wisconsin and we get to Destin as much as we can. It’s our happy place!

Why they chose this property

Samdpiper Cove is one of the best resorts in Destin. It is right on the coast. We are located on the canal. Our condo is on the first floor. There’s five pools, three hot tubs pickle ball tennis water taxi to restaurants that are very well known beautiful private beach walk there within three minutes. It’s a place you do not wanna mess when you come to visit Destin. Stay in our condo and you will absolutely love it.

What makes this property unique

Our property is located in one of the best areas in Sandpiper Cove or right on the canal. You have an extended deck beautiful sunsets at night. You can walk off your deck and fish. Can walk to the beach within five minutes and take the water taxi off the marina and so much more we offer all of the amenities, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, all of the kitchen utensils that you need sitting out on the deck and having a drink, look at the reviews and always here for you Josie
