Oceanfront 2/2 condo with the most amazing ocean view, private entry, shared balcony, located directly on the famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. The building has a pool and one assigned covered parking space, this car space is tight and it's not for big trucks or large suv's. Short walk to restaurants and bars, shopping, park, and picnic area with children's playground. Located in the heart of Hollywood Beach, only blocks away from Margaritaville resort. Suitable for longer stays.

Beautiful condo on the beach!

We loved our stay in Luci's condo, the location can't be better, right on the beach, there is restaurants and shops where you can walk to. It's clean, comfortable with everything we needed for our vacation. Next time I need to stay longer. Thank you so much Luci, you're an amazing host.

Construction

The apartment is fine. The building needs lots of help. The outside was undergoing substantial fixing and painting—right outside our windows at 9am. The elevator broke down and the apartment is on the 6th floor. It was fixed but the elevator was still iffy. The owner was terrific but the building’s problems are outside his control.

My Condo has direct beach access, its located on the famous Hollywood boardwalk, you can walk to restaurants, bars, shopping or simple relax on the beach, we provided beach chars, cooler, umbrella & towels for your use. The building is very quiet, we have a private pool and one covered parking space.
