The Master bedroom features a King bed, with a large flat screen TV, a NEW ceiling fan and your own en suite bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/ tub combination and a large vanity area. The Bunk Room has 2 twin beds and a door for privacy. It even has its own flat screen TV, so it is perfect for kids or adults. It also has its own FULL bathroom attached and this is where you will also find the full size, front load Washer and Dryer. There is a Queen sized pull out sofa in the living area as well.

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and water sports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events. Included is your own RESERVED 6th floor parking space! Linens are included, so everything you could need for a great vacation is here- you will want to return again and again!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 17- August 2. We offer 5-night rentals March - April, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February rentals require stays of 28 nights. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional security deposit and photo ID will be required.

**Shores of Panama charges a flat rate $85 resort fee. You will pay this directly to the front desk after you arrive. 1 Parking Pass with this Unit. Garage Clearance: 6'10"
