Ideally located 50 m from the ski lifts and descent at the foot of the apartment and 1/4 hour from Evian with a view of Lake Geneva.

The apartment is located in the heart of the resort, appreciated for the double satisfaction of being at the beach thanks to Lake Geneva with all its extent and of being in the mountains for skiing.

Close to Switzerland and the town of Evian known for its Spa Treatments.

Bernex, the Chapelle d'Abondance, Châtel, Yvoire (the most beautiful village in France) and many others nearby.


It is a leisure resort: spring, summer, autumn and winter at between 1000 and 2000 meters above sea level.

Notre semaine à Thollon les Mémises

L'appartement étant situé en plein centre de la station, au pied des divers chemins de randonnées et des commerces mais dans une zone de silence absolu, nous avons profité pleinement de notre séjour. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé et très bien agencé avec en plus une vue magnifique sur le lac Léman

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement. Bien situé à quelques centaines de mètres des télécabines permettant l'accès aux pistes. Tout le matériel nécessaire est mis à disposition (vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, cafetière, nespresso, appareil à raclette, à fondue, ...). Excellent séjour d'hiver

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet appartement idéalement situé dans la station, très propre, avec de très bons équipements. Le dialogue a été très facile, tant avec la propriétaire qu'avec la personne qui nous a remis les clés à l'arrivée. Parfait !

Excellente location

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location pour sa situation et l aménagement mais malheureusement n´ avons en profiter pleinement car nous avons dû partir précipitamment en cours de séjour pour des raisons familiales, à notre grand regret. Nous espérons revenir l année prochaine et enfin profiter pleinement de cette charmante location.

Appartement propre et joliment décoré dans une résidence calme, cuisine très bien équipée, lit 2 personnes confortable. Belle vue sur les montagnes et le lac Léman. Mon seul regret est l'absence de wifi et de réseau téléphonique excepté orange et les réseaux suisses où les communications sont payantes car hors UE.

Nous tenons à remercier les heureux propriétaires de ce charmant petit appartement qui nous a permis de passer 3 jours sous le soleil de Thollon. Parfait !

L'appartement est super propre, bien agencé, bien décoré, très bien équipé avec bcp de rangements hyper pratiques et avec en bonus une vue à la fois sur le lac, la montagne et la piste de luge! C'est à 150m des remontées mécaniques donc hyper pratiques surtout quand on a des petits petiots. Les personnes qui nous ont accueillies ont été hyper gentils et sympa ! En résumé on y a passé une super semaine ! On y reviendra !

Très bel appartement très bien équipé

Appartement au delà de nos attentes ! Au pieds des pistes, très très bien équipé et très très bien agencé. Nous étions 6 et on ne se gênait pas. La station est petite et familiale, tout ce que nous recherchions. L'accueil de mme V. est très agréable et ses services tout autant. Seul bémol : pas de neige... Une prochaine fois !
