Newly remodeled in 2018 to a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. Home now has a separate guest room with 2 queen size bunk beds and a full bathroom. There is a covered sitting area with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Flat screen TV with cable (ESPN included) and Wifi. Please note the owner does keep their boat on the property and it is not for renter use. Please do not block access to the owner's boat.
Downstairs
Spacious covered sitting area great for cooking and hanging out with friends and family. Swings, chairs and picnic table included. Also there is a fish cleaning station on site.

Golf Cart Crossings - golf cart crossings are subject to change without notice. As of 4/11/2023 the nearest golf cart crossing is across from Jean Lafitte Lane which is past Hurricane Hole going into the island.
