Southern Faire - Second Row in Surfside Beach
Private pool, covered and uncovered poolside seating and steps to the beach! 16 beachgoers can sleep comfortably with space to spread out. There is a newly updated bonus room with a 50 4K Smart TV and new sofas in the main floor living/dining area. Location can t be beat in Surfside - walk to restaurants! One block to Bill Martin park with a baseball field, bocce court, and lovely walk over duck and turtle pond. This 2nd row vacation home has always offered lovely peek-a-boo views of the ocean from its 3rd floor deck. Private pool area includes gas and charcoal grills. There is also a shower by the pool to rinse off after a day on the beach. Large storage area is filled with chairs, floaties, games and grilling equipment for guests. No smoking and no pets are allowed. 2024 - Elevator available upon request. No elevator for 2025.
