Our luxury 1300 sq. Ft. condo is in a fantastic location, McCormick Ranch of central Scottsdale seconds from 101 highway. The two bedroom two bath rental is adjacent to the green belt walking trail, close to spring training fields, Talking Stick Sports Complex, Old Town, TPC golf club and the Casino Waste Mgt. Phoneix Open.
You will have access to the entire condo. It is also set up for longer stays and set up with high speed wifi and desk.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was nice and we had a great time with the amenities. Playing pickleball, lounging at the pool (although not heated) and walking on the trail. Our only items to make it perfect would be, there are no mixing bowls and the mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. We would stay again! mixing bowls

We had an excellent stay. The property is as described and met all of our needs and expectations. The location is very convenient to the local walking/jogging/biking trail and is also ideal for local trips to nearby cities (ex. Flagstaff, Tucson, etc.).

Wonderful condo
Very clean and kitchen well stocked. Excellent communication. Close to the 101, which made getting around very easy, several grocery stores close by and many restaurants. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs. Looking forward to returning next year!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, spacious and the location was convenient. It was quiet and had everything we needed. After hiking during the day, it was nice to come and soak in the jacuzzi tub next to the pool in the complex.

Had a great month staying in the condo. Location was great. The owner was super quick to respond to issues we had. The condo was spotless and well stocked. We bought a coffee maker because the Keurig was not convenient. The only negatives were: the small patio that you could not eat out on. The pillows and blankets could be upgraded. Another chair in the living room would be nice ,Only two people could sit on the couch. We also bought 2 cushions for the kitchen chairs. This condo could be a five star with a few upgrades. We would stay again.

Nicely appointed, cozy two bedroom
My parents and I stayed here for three nights recently. It was a very nice property, in a nice, accessible location. Even though it's immediately next to the 101, you cannot hear the traffic at all. The property is definitely better suited for smaller groups, or a couple. The living room can only seat two people comfortably, so if you're planning on hanging out, it will have to be around the kitchen table. Overall, very positive experience, though.
