Wonderful location within walking distance to Olivet University and just 5 minutes to CSL Behring and shopping. Beautifully decorated ranch home on a large corner lot with privacy. Get the amenities of a home with a full kitchen (all new stainless steel appliances) 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and full size washer and dryer. Come here to relax and watch TV on a large 50” smart TV with access to Hulu, Netflix and more! Master bedroom also has a smart Television with access to your favorite shows. Comfortable bedding and furniture to make your stay feel like home. The kitchen is stocked with your basic cooking essentials and a Kuerig coffee machine. There is a dedicated work space with desk and office chair in a separate living room.

Great Location

Second time staying at this property. It's convenient location and proximity to food and groceries keeps us coming back to stay during our biennial family reunion. It has everything we need for our stay.

Nice for a quick trip

Nice place for a quick visit to Bourbonnais. The furniture and bedding was nice, clean and comfy. The kitchen had good coffee to get started for the weekend and some games which we enjoyed playing around the table. We would stay here again. The only reason we didn’t do 5 stars for cleanliness is due to a pretty dusty air return grate located in the living room. Obviously an easy fix.

Great stay - short but sweet

Clean, responsive owners, nice amenities, great beds we will stay again. Suggestions: mirrors in the bedrooms and luggage racks. Full length mirror would be nice too but definitely not a dealbreaker! Group of women just needed more mirrors to get ready.

Great convenience.

This rental was very convenient for a trip "back home" for a family reunion. The house was very comfortable, close to shopping and food, and not too far away for a day trip to Chicago. We all had a great time.

Perfect Place

We loved this place! It is comfortable and lovely --clean and easy to get into and out of. Perfect communication with the owner. We needed to stay another night and she was very accommodating and great communication. Highly recommended!

Amazing Little Hous3

We came to Bourbonnais for a family members graduation. Amys house was a wonderful spot to stay. We had everything we needed and more. We had the ability to stretch out and as a family of 6 it is hard to do in hotels. This was the perfect spot. We would totally stay again when we visit the area. If i could give more stars i would.

Unfortunately our plans had to change last minute due to weather and unforeseen circumstances, but Amy was very kind, understanding and communicative. We greatly appreciate that and will definitely look forward to booking with her in the future.

It's fine

Smaller than it appears in the pictures on the listing. Also pretty apparent once you arrive why there aren't any outside pictures on the listing. It is nice enough inside but small. It sleeps 6, but the living room will barely accommodate that number. The kitchen and dining area is nice. Bathrooms are small but sufficient. The bathroom located near the living room area seemed to be lacking water pressure in the shower. We tried several settings with the shower head and it only got slightly better. Overall it served it's purpose for our visit.

Great place - close to campus

We loved staying here. There was enough room for everyone to spread out with a separate living room and family room, in addition to the well appointed kitchen and dining table that seated 6 comfortably. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was close to everything but also quiet. We were their for our son’s graduation for Olivet, and this property was exactly what we needed for a place to stay as well as a place for our family to gather.

Quiet, clean, and spacious!

We stayed at this property for a few days while attending a wedding. The house is absolutely beautiful, well maintained, and very spacious. There was shampoo and soap for us to use with plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable. Having access to a washer and dryer was amazing, along with the fact that they supplied laundry detergent! Will definitely be staying here again when we have another big family gathering!

Great Place for the Whole Family

We had 5 adults staying here and it was perfect for us. Enough room for the whole family to stay comfortably and a great location right by the University. Hope to stay here again.

Wedding weekend

Communication with Amy was great and the house was perfect for our weekend. Quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to everything we needed. We would definitely recommend as a great place to stay in Bourbonnais.
