Welcome to Florida living with a truly paradise vacation! At our waterfront home you can enjoy canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or just relaxing by the pool. Occasionally dolphins and manatees come into the canal. Our huge corner lot home backyard offers several spots to enjoy the 270 degree waterfront views: relax by the pool, sit on the dock to watch boats pass, gather by the fire pit, or lounge under the pavilion. we have direct access to the Tampa Bay. The home is almost 3100 sq ft, with very cozy and simple decorations. Our huge game room feature table games such as ping pong and foosball. Everything you may need for an extended and comfortable stay is included, ie Keurig coffee maker, oversized toaster oven, instant pot, blender.

We have cameras in front , sides and backyard of the house.

We have "Noiseaware" installed only for excessive noise measurements mostly for outdoors. It does NOT record audio.

We are tucked away at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood. To respect our neighbor we request our guests to be mindful of outdoor noises especially after dark.

NO excessive noise, parties, and events allowed

Family Vacation

The house was spacious and clean. The outside area was fantastic with the pool, hot tub, multiple seating areas and access to the water. Fishing was great in the canal out back and the kayaks were easy to launch and use. The host was amazing, very responsive and helpful when we needed to reach out for things.

NCAA Final Four Weekend

We had a wonderful 3 night stay with mothers and daughters to watch the NCAA Final Four games in Tampa.The house sits on a huge corner lot with a ton of water frontage. The neighborhood the backyard faces is really pretty and active with paddle boarders and boats. The yard is awesome! It is what makes the house. The pool, hot tub, seating areas and games, etc. kept everyone busy and very happy!The only issue we had was with the front door digital Panel. One section didn’t want to work for us so it took us awhile to unlock the door each time. But absolutely not a big deal.Everything else was wonderful! The houses living spaces were spacious and updated!

Friends weekend stay.

Property was awesome and in great shape… Hurricane a month before and house was in fine shape. Others around it, not so much but they worked hard to get it livable and it showed.

Spectacular setting in Tampa

This spacious home has a fantastic setting: 280 degree view of the waterfront, only a short drive to the Tampa airport. We fished off the dock and spent most of each day by the lovely pool. We took the kayaks out for a nice paddle -- what a bonus! Ping pong and other games were used by the youngsters in our party with a week-long ping pong tournament! A/C is password protected, but a quick message to the owner (very responsive) and we were able to cool down the house. We had a couple of folks doing work this week, so a stronger wifi would be the only suggestion for improvement of this 10/10 property. The owner is responsive to messages, and so don't hesitate to reach out to them for any small issue that might come up. We made a lot of good memories at this spacious, unique, property with beautiful views and a very comfortable, fun pool and hottub. Thank you!

Great Property for Large Family

We thoroughly loved our stay in this Tampa property. There were many activities at the house that keep us enjoying our stay. Our only recommendation is to improve the WiFi speed/consistency. So very glad we had the opportunity to stay in the property. Many memories made. Thanks again!

Family Wedding

I have rented several place on VRBO and I can say that this home was the cleanest house I have ever rented. The location was beautiful. All my questions and requests were addressed quickly and efficiently with the property manager. It was a great place to enjoy with my adult married children and their spouses. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a family getaway.

Loved our stay

We wanted a home that was on the water with good amenities and close to other things we had planned for while we were in town. We meet with friends from Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Oregon and we came from Arizona. The size and was perfect, the number of bedrooms was perfect and the number of barhrooms was perfect. 10 outa 10!!! Thanks for a great stay

Roomy, clean, relaxing!

This home worked out great for our multi generation family of 11, teens and adults. The house had all the room we needed and the yard was lovely and relaxing. We loved being on the water and saw manatees almost every day. The home owner/manager was super responsive and went out of the way to resolve any issue that came up asap. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It would have been nice to have had more than one bath towel per person, but we didn’t inquire about this while there.

Great space for family reunion

The house was perfect for us. 10 adults on a family reunion and just wanted to be together under the same roof. Perfect space for enjoying each other's company. Pool and hot very clean. A grill, corn hole, ping pong, and a fire pit...plenty of fun things to do and a big table to break bread together!

lovely stay

My group and I had a lovely stay here! The backyard is definitely the highlight of the house. Lots of room for hanging out lounging by the pool, getting in the hot tub, sitting by the fire pit, etc. The one complaint my group had was that the bedrooms were not very furnished and could've used some more pillows and bed linens. But otherwise would definitely recommend this house for a big group!

Great place for a large group

The property was absolutely beautiful. The only downfall was the tvs in the bedrooms wouldn't connect to the internet. Wouldn't be a big deal but I have one in the family who has to have the TV on at night. The place allowed our group to spread out yet also spend time together in the same room without feeling cramped. Will definitely stay again if in the Tampa area

Enjoyable

The start of it was the house manager was wonderful. She communicated very well and was quick to respond back. If we had questions or anything it was took care of immediately. The house had everything u needed fully stocked. The pool was great. The outdoor area was beautiful and very enjoyable. We fished off canal and caught a variety of fish and sting rays. We saw dolphins right at the dock behind the house everyday. Neighborhood was also very friendly and nice.we would definitely stay again.

A Decent Stay in Tampa

Overall, the property functioned well for our party of 14. The neighborhood is quiet & secluded. The pool was large & heated for the cooler January weather. The covered hot tub was great. The kayaks / lifejackets were a nice amenity. The house has a somewhat odd layout, but it does allow for some of the group to have their own space. The craftsmanship of the work that has been done to the house is not great, especially the tile, but it didn't affect the functionality.There were no check-in/check-out instructions provided, other than the door access code & wifi password. The thermostats were passcode protected & set at 77 upon arrival, so we had to contact the host to get the codes to cool the house down. The wifi signal / speed was weak, often causing TV / phone streaming to buffer. After purchasing groceries, we found out the freezer was frozen shut. The owner was responsive & sent their cleaning company to address. They asked us to thaw the fridge overnight. There are no coolers provided on the property, so the cleaning company brought some for us to pack our items into. The microwave had no power, so we had to flip a breaker labeled “bedroom” to get it turned on. Only one of the 4 upstairs bedrooms had a ceiling fan, & the thermostat is in one of bedrooms. So, some rooms were overly cool while the others were overly warm. Some of the bathrooms are very small w/ small showers, which can be challenging. More towels would have been nice, we only had 1 per person.

Everything was perfect for the family

We had 8 adults and children ages 1,5,12,13,14,17,18. Every single person was delighted. The pool was fantastic. The hot tub, fire pit, outdoor cover and of course the waterway. All wonderful and used with delight. The rooms were so great and all the bathrooms were so wonderfully placed. Kitchen was tight but functional and we appreciate all the utensils, etc. I am in love with all of the neighbors. They were so friendly. The neighborhood security is a huge blessing of course for this house. House security was great too. Parking great. Everything so great and several of my family said we must come back here every few years. Of course, Tampa Bay area is heavenly. Busch Gardens, the Zoo (surprisingly) were the star attractions. We rented a boat for the day from Boatsetters and they were fantastic. This was the families favorite day and we ran most of the Tampa Bay. There are other good boat renters too. Over the top great!!!!
