General:
The apartment is 140m2 and is situated on the 5th floor of a building with elevator (however, there is a half floor to be done via steps only). The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (all en suite), a fully fitted kitchen, a dining area with table for 8, and a beautifully appointed living area, a guest toilet, and a terrace. There are high ceilings and lots of natural light due to the large windows and double exposition. The apartment has quality fittings throughout and every detail has been thought through in order for you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The apartment is modern in design yet comfortable and inviting.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops and backsplash, a large fridge and freezer, a wine fridge, and dishwasher. It is fully fitted with glassware, kitchen utensils, plates, pots, pans, cutting boards, etc.

Bedroom 1:
The spacious master bedroom is located on the main floor of the apartment and is decorated in a modern, elegant design. There is a large custom closet to hang your clothes and store your suitcases. There are 2 single beds that can be kept separately or can be put together as a queen size bed (160cm). When the beds are put together, we use a mattress topper for ultimate comfort.

The master has an en suite bathroom that consists of a spacious glass enclosed shower, a bath tub, a large bathroom vanity, towel heater and wc.

Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom is located on the top floor of the apartment and overlooks the living area but is fully private due to black out curtains. There are 2 single beds that can be kept separately or can be put together as a queen size bed (160cm) and a spacious closet. When the beds are put together, a mattress topper is used for ultimate comfort.

The bathroom consists of a spacious Italian shower with a rain shower head, a large bathroom vanity, towel heater and wc.

Bedroom 3:
This is the smallest of the bedrooms but is still of a comfortable size and is equipped with a queen size double bed (160cm) and closet.
