Located a little over 2 miles south of the Garden City Pier, you'll enjoy exceptional landscaped grounds surrounded a lush courtyard and outdoor community pool (opens Easter). Upstairs is a bedroom with a queen and a single; downstairs are 2 king bedrooms. The master bath has a heated floor for your comfort. Sorry, no smoking or pets are allowed.
Gulf Steam Villas is located 2.3 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. These oceanfront townhouses offer multiple balconies for relaxation and ocean views. Swim in the outdoor pool from Easter/April 1 to October 1. Take a short walk down to the beach and enjoy the serene atmosphere of Garden City. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Sorry, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not allowed.
