Our highly rated one bedroom(king), two full bath condo with separate bunk area, and commercial queen pull out sofa has been totally remodeled. The furnishings and paintings were designed specifically for this condo. The master is on the gulf unlike most of the 1 bedroom condos. chaise . The condo has a 30 foot balcony accessible from the bedroom or family room and is located on the 12th floor without road noise and just the sound of waves and kids playing on the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with side by side refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, utensils, and washer/dryer- separate alcove in condo. Internet service is free. The family room has a 60 Inch Smart TV and DVD player whereas bedroom has 42 inch TV. Please come down via car or plane and relax, recharge, and totally enjoy a most pleasurable vacation!!

Tidewater beach is within walking distance(0.9 mile) from Pier Park(900,000 square feet of Shopping, Entertainment, and Dining) on Front Beach Road in the new and convenient west end of Panama City Beach. Such a great place to stay!

This condo (1209) was absolutely beautiful and so clean! We usually always have a positive experience at Tidewater but this unit was exceptional! Well stocked with the basics, everything was in working condition, and the owner was quick to respond to an inquiry I made upon arrival and resolve a minor issue quickly. We stayed in communication the rest of our stay (he wanted to make sure everything was still good!) and we appreciated that so much. We highly recommend this unit if you are looking for something comfortable and nice. The elevators were slow a few times but for the most part, they operated normally. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful week! We will be back!

Overall the condo we stayed in was great. Easy beach access, loved the beach chair service, the rooms were cozy and clean. Only complaint, which is at no fault to the owner of the rental, would be the elevators. Had to add an extra 20+ minutes just get to ground level almost every time we went to the beach or just out. We ended up going down the stairs several times (from the 12th floor) after waiting more than 20 minutes. Again, this is at no fault to the rental owner and would be something the resort itself needs to work on.

Great but the elevators 😬

Stayed in 1209 which was amazing the only complaint I have is the elevators were terrible. The worst part about it was waiting 40 minutes before being able to get on one. But other than the elevators the staff and everything else was amazing!

Condo Was Great

The stay was overall great! The condo itself was exceptional. Has everything you need. The elevators were our problem and it’s not even peak season. There were elevators down the whole weekend. It didi’t matter time of day on elevator use either. We took 12 flights of stairs to leave after waiting for 47 minutes. Only to find several elevators were having troubles. 😔

Beautiful Beachfront Retreat!

This beachfront condo exceeded my expectations. The condo was immaculately maintained and beautifully appointed. The ocean views from the balcony were unparalleled. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living areas were cozy and comfortable. I hope to stay there again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Condo is the perfect location with all amenities included. Beach chairs provided by owner which staff place in the mornings and you just reserve in the morning for entire day. Walking distance to Pier Park. Will definitely return in the future.

We had a good vacation at PCB. The condo was very nice, bed supper comfortable and view was amazing. The only thing about the condo was that there was a lot of sand on the floors which is understandable because of course you are at the beach so its going to happen. Supper easy to book and the owner is very nice and will answer you right away.

Amazing

The condo is beautifully decorated with an amazing view of the Gulf from the living room and bedroom. The bed slept great and I love they have doors on the bunk room. I would have loved that when my kids were younger. They also provide 2 beach chairs. You are super close to pier park for shopping and restaurants. The elevators can be tricky you just have to time them as To when the best time to to head out. Jon was amazing and answered any questions we had quickly. I definitely recommend booking with them as we certainly will.

Beach Trip

It was a beautiful resort with amazing amenities. Security is serious so don’t forget your bands! Gorgeous view off the balcony. Open spacious room. Living room furniture is not comfortable but we understand that they chose that couch due to the extra bed that can be pulled out. However, as a couple who did not need an extra bed, we did not have any comfortable seating in the living room. There were only a few rainy days, so it didn’t bother us really. We did not realize there were beach chairs provided in the closet so we brought our own but that is a good provided item from the owners. The air conditioning is limited to 70 degrees and can’t go below and the bedroom fan was not working so this was tough for us only because we keep our own house 65 degrees at night. We communicated this to the owner so maybe the fan will be fixed soon for the next guests. Overall great stay.

Beautiful Condo

Amazing view off the balcony and you can still see it even inside the family area and bedroom! Condo is just like in the pictures. Bridge connecting the Parking and the condos is a nice touch.

Beautiful Condo we loved our stay

Everything was excellent! Condo was clean and comfortable and nicely furnished. We had 5 family members in the Other condos in complex. No problem with Elevators. We went to support our son in IRONMAN PANAMA - our son completed the triathlon in 12hrs and 59 mins. We walked several times to Pier Park the day of triathlon to see our son whenever he came thru there. We had a great time and will be returning to enjoy the condo again. Thank you Jon for being available to answer al, our questions before our trip. Our daughter had another condo in complex owned by another owner and struggked to get code to her condo etc. You won’t have that problem with JON and TERESA. THE BABINS LAF LA
