Luxurious & Comforts of your own home at home away...
Russ was super helpful with all my silly questions from the day one and boy did I have questions. So thankful he helped me with the place, email/texts were answered soon as it went out, we'll be booking again. It was comfortable clean, kitchen had everything you need to cook and make juices. Our favorite was outdoor fireplace and early morning special neighborhood visitors - a big black bear and dear!

Good size house
Friends and I stayed here. It states that all beds are queens but one is a king which we did not know and did not bring the correct sheets for. The wifi was poor quality and the grill did not work. There were also Christmas decorations up and it was July. The place was clean and great for a large group to hang out.

Great place for a big group!
House was very spacious and clean. The kids enjoyed playing pool and other games on the lower floor. Some of us went tubing at nearby Ski Big Bear. Would come back with our same big group again next winter!

STUNNING PROPERTY!!!
We had a wonderful time in this cozy, open concept home. We were 11 and had plenty of room. The area is amazing and very close to the ski resort. Looking forward to booking again next winter!!!

We housed a family of five and a family of four and had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked. There were maps available for the local area. I didn't quite realize how far we were from the amenities, but it was a short drive. The house was very clean. The property manager was very responsive. Of note, there was not a grocery store close by. There's a small market in the area where you can get a small amount of things but I would bring most of what you want. Otherwise we had a great time! No complaints about the house. There was five queen beds and all were comfortable.

I am a traveler who loves coming home after a vacation to my own bed… I can say that I didn’t miss my bed… all the adults agreed that the beds were so comfortable! Couches on front deck were nice!! Not a lot of couch space in family room. House was beautifully done.

Family Vacation
We booked this location for our annual family vacation. There were 12 of us in total, including 4 children. The house was clean and well-stocked with kitchen supplies as well as bedding (blankets/pillows - not including sheets). Remember to bring ALL linens, including dish towels and pot holders. The area was beautiful. There is a small market in the community but the closest decent grocery store is about 30 minutes away. The pool area is very nice and friendly to all ages. Make sure you check out the schedule for the trash compactor as it is not open 24/7. We enjoyed seeing the various waterfalls in the area. Had a great time!

Best Rental Home Ever
A group of us stayed in this home for our annual rafting trip and it was the best rental home we've stayed in. It accommodated 5 couples comfortably and the house itself was stylish, modern and cozy. The home is kid friendly if you are looking to come with little ones. The kitchen was spacious and was easy to move around in while cooking for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance you may need. The gas fire place helped keep the lower half of the home warm when it got chilly at night. Reception was a little spotty for most carriers but was not an issue with the home wifi. Russ was always available to answer our questions. Overall, we hope we can continue to have our yearly trips at this home and would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great time in Lackawaxen and this home was perfect for us! There were 6 adults and 2 children. It was extremely clean and spacious! The neighborhood was great and we found a lot to do nearby! I would definitely stay in this home again!

Great stay
We stayed in this house over Memorial Day weekend, unfortunately weather didn’t cooperate so we were lucky to stay in this house. It’s really ideal, with plenty of space and perfectly equipped. The only negative Comment I have is that some of the pots in the kitchen were dirty, but this probably resulted from previous renters although it should have been checked by the cleaning crew.

Immaculate and beautiful place
There is definitely a wow factor when you walk into this home. It is beautiful and incredibly clean. It was very family friendly and suited the needs of a bunch of kids - an infant all the way up to 13 years old and all of their parents. There was plenty of room for 14 of us and could have fit more. The location is a great spot. We saw deer, baby raccoons, a fox, and other little critters and had a great time at the private stables. I highly recommend this rental and Russ was very responsive and a fantastic host.

Home was clean, up to date and location was wonderful. Only wish was for lights that were a bit less bright; no dimmers noted and trash can did not take standard bags. We will be back!

Winter getaway
My family and I had a great time relaxing at this beautiful home. The rooms were spacious , with a nice size kitchen that had everything you need. The beds were so comfortable and my kids and my nephews loved playing pool downstairs at night. Russ was quick to answer all my questions. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Friendsgiving Weekend
The house was a good size for our group: four couples, a single, and a two year old. Rooms were spacious, the available air bed in one of the rooms was a plus. Kitchen was the perfect space for cooking, utensils, pots/pans a plus. Big dining room/table fit all of us comfortably. Both gas fireplaces were easy to use and kept us warm both indoors and outdoors. The basement is a big common space with two bedrooms, and a pool table, and mortal kombat arcade which the guys enjoyed. There is also an in ground fire pit behind the house which we didn’t end up using (did not see wood around, nor did we buy any) and was a little far from the back of the house for comfort. The bbq grill is located on the back deck which did not have any propane left so we had to refill it at the office/market 5 mins away. We paid $30 to refill the gas for the house that the next guests will now get to use. We also brought our own toilet paper which isn’t a big deal (make sure you bring enough for everyone), but would’ve been nice to already have that essential item available at the house. Our bathroom sink could’ve been a little cleaner (there was some dried up toothpaste left behind). Interior is nice and modern, but the walls could’ve been a little bit more decorated for a more cozy and welcoming feel. Overall, the house was a spacious size for our group and we all had a good time.

Giving a five star review from start to finish, Russ, the property manager were very helpful, responsive and professional. The house is filled with light, beautifully furnished. The kitchen is amazing . The place is perfectly located, is really nice with beautiful views. We didn't want to leave! The house was well cleaned, and much more attracted than advertised, and we had a wonderful time We’ll definitely use them in the future."

Best Getaway Trip
The property was more beautiful than what was shown in the photos. It’s such a big, yet cozy house. I'd definitely come back for another trip! The amount of space that this place has was perfect for our group of 14 people. The kitchen is STOCKED with all the cookware you'll ever need. It even had an air-fryer and a panini press! We tried to use the grill but it was out of propane, so I'd bring an extra tank, just in case. There were also cleaning supplies for any type of messes. My favorite part would have to be the front porch. It’s spacious, has a fireplace, and lounge chairs. It was a place for us to relax and get fresh air. We've visited the community beach which had a beautiful view of the mountains. Our group also went rafting in the Delaware River. Highly recommend it if you're visiting.
