Relaxing open plan living and dining area with a split system air conditioner, Smart TV, DVD player and Wifi, this area opens out onto the balcony with filtered water views.  The unit provides a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities and a family size fridge/ freezer, the European style laundry runs off the kitchen area, it is fitted out with a front loader washer/ dryer combo.

Two bedrooms both with ceiling fans and the main bedroom also provides the second TV, there is a versatile bathroom with the bonus of having a full-size bath, shower and separate toilet which makes this unit perfect for children. 

The complex is in a great location, just 250 metres to Nelson Bay Beach where you will find the perfect calm swimming spot for children and an easy 500 metre stroll along the foreshore into Nelson Bay. 4 Magnus Gardens is the perfect holiday choice for someone who wants the beach nearby and still be close to all the restaurants, cafes, boutique shopping and DAlbora Marina for all the water sports activities and dolphin watch boats.
