This Huntington Villa has been beautifully decorated with a beach vibe and attention to detail.

Upon entering this single-level floor plan villa, you are greeted by the living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen is updated with Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to cook a meal should you choose to do so. Just off the kitchen the dining area seats six. The living area offers plenty of seating for your family and features a HDTV and access to two private decks.

One deck is screened-in with a full set of comfortable outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the beautiful lagoon views. The other deck features a dining table and gas grill.

The Primary bedroom has a king bed, HDTV and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is luxurious featuring a quartz double vanity and large walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom has two full beds, HDTV and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has also been updated with a quartz vanity and large walk-in tiled shower.

Huntington's grounds are immaculate and its location makes for very easy access to the beach just across the street. Arthur Hills golf course is very close by, but all amenities are just a short bike ride away!

May 2024 - The Leamington Neighborhood is renovating their pool, replacing pathways, resurfacing the pool deck, and repaving of the parking areas. The location of the pool area is across the lagoon from the Huntington Neighborhood. Huntington guests should not be significantly impacted by the project. The noise level may be challenging from time to time.

Moldy smell

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has been remodeled and is nicely decorated; however, there is a moisture problem which is apparent by the moldy smell upon entering the unit and the warped/buckled laminate floors. Had I known about this issue prior to making a reservation I would not have rented this unit and I will not rent it again. The owner and property management company obviously know about this issue as there is a air purifier in the bathroom to help decrease the smell and plug in air fresheners. The dryer was not working properly so a person came to look at it promptly, but I don't think the true problem was discovered, but the dryer worked for our purpose. The iron also did not work and a replacement iron was not delivered even after I informed the management company.

Lovely home

Very Nice Rental

Close to the beach. (5 min walk) Close to the Arthur Hills Golf Course. Very irritating that you have to organize passes for your guests to visit you, but not that much of an issue. Pool and hot tub not that great, but will do. Overall a good experience.

A Little Let Down

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived and the check in went great. Property location is great. We went to bed and immediately noticed how worn out the bed was, so did not sleep well. The next day as we are getting familiar with the place we noticed that the bathroom fan did not work as well as the Dryer. We tried going out to enclosed porch and it was dirty. I called the office to voice concerns and no answer so I left voicemail. The office sent me a review just like this so I sent an email and within 10 minutes they called me back, on our last day. They really didn’t seem like they cared!
