Look no further! This beautiful 4,000 SF hillside property is located at the top of the hills above Downtown Prescott. Prescott ALWAYS has fun events that include live bands and picnics in the court house park across from Whiskey Row restaurants, bars and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the location, the views, tv's, pool table and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

My name is Joanna, and I have lived in the Prescott area for the past 16 years with my husband and six children, ages 13 t0 27. I am blessed to have five grandchildren. I love all that is natural and in harmony with life. I am learning, all the time, more and more about health and vibrant nutrition...it has become a passion of mine. My husband works as a handyman in the greater Prescott area, and is my right hand when it comes to making sure things are working and in good shape. When our oldest son joined the navy, I started a business cleaning houses and vacation rentals with chemical free Norwex products. My heart, though, is in preparing a place of comfort for quests who are in need of rest and a home away from the comforts of their own home. I am very happy to be able to prepare this home for you to stay at during your visit to Prescott, Arizona.
Let me add that I can speak un poco espanol, my children are also learning languages, Korean, Japanese, and Russian, and we welcome the opportunity to try to use them. We'll keep studying. :)

Why they chose this property
This particular home is exceptionally suited to be a place for visitors to our beautiful town to call home for a few days. It is located on a dead-end road in an HOA, on the south side of Prescott. The views of Prescott are amazing from the windows and the decks. This home is also very close to downtown Prescott, as well as the mountains and forests on the south side of town. Goldwater lake is just 5 miles away.
What makes this property unique
There is very little traffic on the street that runs past the house, and the wildlife is abundant on that side of town. In the evenings it is very common to see the javelina families foraging in the undergrowth. Deer frequent the area, and coyotes often howl in the darkness. It is really cool! So, if you visit, be sure to keep an eye out for the wildlife.
