The landing extends into the open-plan living area with comfy reed reading chairs, lounge with flat-screen TV and ceiling fan, 8 seat dining table, a modern kitchen with enormous breakfast bench, gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and an abundance of cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots and pans, and a coffee plunger.
The living space opens onto the balcony through large sliding doors. The balcony has been designed as an indoor/outdoor space that has the option of fully enclosing the space with slide-down side screens; the balcony is decked out with dining for 10, 2 lounge chairs, Weber BBQ and bar fridge.
