Description:
Off the 12th green of the Meadows Golf Course! Relax on your back deck and watch the putting or just enjoy your own tranquil, wooded setting. Off the main entry, there's a sitting room for enjoying the outside view from the inside. There several access points for the deck where you can grill, dine and enjoy the Sunriver golf. A private hot tub helps you wind down after a fun day outside. On the main floor is a large open kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen has a large island with a bar sink. Lots of natural light from large and high windows. A flat-screen TV sits next to the woodstove that keeps the ambiance warm in the winter. There is a 220v/50amp NEMA 14-50 plug and a J1772 Charging Cable ... Tesla owners will need to bring their own travel charger or J1772 adapter.

Level 1:
Downstairs is the primary Bedroom with a King bed and attached bath, walk-in shower, and closet. The bedroom has its own ductless A/C unit for your comfort

Level 2:
Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom one is very spacious with a King bed and a set of bunks. There's a beautiful etched window that can slide open to look over the downstairs entry.

At the end of the hall is the third bedroom with a Queen bed, dual closets, and ductless A/C.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

Winter retreat

Well situated amd very comfortable. The only negative was the washer and dryer did not work. Maintenance people were sent out but were unable to fix the problem while we were there. We did receive a credit for the inconvenience

Super clean and restored cool home. Loved it.

We enjoyed this spacious, clean and cool restored and great decor home. Had everything we needed. Easy walk to town, watch the deer or golfers and lounge by the massive tv with great AC. Book it!

Nice Place, Good Location, Great Layout

Enjoyed our stay there. Layout of rooms was very good, bedrooms on one side, family room and kitchen on the other. Decor was a little dated but everything still clean and neat. Lighting was odd and some of the switches didn't function. Outdoor lights didn't function. Good location for quick access to mall and Sharc. Great place to stay for a family.

Ski Trip

Ski weekend with a group of friends. Great location. Enjoyed having the bedrooms separated from the living space for those who wanted to go to bed early!

awful, low quality, used up mattresses with cheap costco mattress toppers. cant fix a bad mattress with a foam topper. no cabinetry in kitchen made kitchen really awkward to use

Disappointing

My family of five, plus Grandma and a dog stayed here for a pre holiday ski trip. The positives… plenty of space, everyone had their own bed and the proximity to the village was great. The negatives… this place needs a lot of TLC. It’s extremely dated and generally just lacked a feeling of care. There were only three chairs at the dining room table. The kitchen and its contents were a mess - many items broken, old and no organization. Many of the outlets didn’t work. Overall, it felt neglected and cheap. The management company, Cascara, was very responsive, even offering to move us and refund us a night’s rent.

Cozy, well-equipped home in great location!

The home was super cozy and very well-equipped. The beds were comfy, sheets and towels were good, and there were plenty of blankets, etc. We really enjoyed using the hot tub (wonderful and private), the wood stove, and especially the easy walk to the village. It's a great location! Property management company was super responsive - they even offered to drop off a disposable turkey pan for Thanksgiving!

Nice home, great location

It was a nice home in a great location. I appreciated the comfy beds. The layout of the home is a little funky and the home was a little dark which is why I gave it 4 stars. Was great for the price.

Unique house with lots of room

The reservation process and communication with the rental company (Cascara) was great and they were super responsive. Seemed a little odd that we needed to pick up keys at their office yet there was a keypad on the front door of the house that could have been used- not a huge deal. The house itself worked well in the sense that the bedrooms are separated from the living spaces by a lobby/stairwell, although with the stone floor in that lobby, sound travels- there is an accordion door that can close off the living spaces and that definitely helped. The kitchen had tons of cooking equipment and a large spice rack. There were a couple of blinds that didn't have pull cords so had to be rolled up manually but that was easy and the tall windows really help to feel connected to the outside. We used the hot tub a few times and it was large and nice that it was so close to the house. The beds could use an upgrade as they are pretty little soft but that's a personal preference issue- they were clean and well maintained. Having the woodstove was nice as there were some cold nights and it heated the room nicely. The driveway is a long single lane so if you have multiple cars you need to plan for who needs to get out when but we only had two cars there so not a big deal. Overall a very good place to stay and the rental company was great to deal with.

Fun girls weekend

The upstairs floor boards creek quite a bit and it was pretty loud in the downstairs room .. also the roller blinds by the slider in the middle were not able to roll up I had to manually roll them up . We really enjoyed the home and lay out and all the windows .

Great House, great location

We've stayed in the house before. It has everything we need and is super close to the Sun River Village. The hot tub is new since the last time we stayed there and was wonderful. The only reason for only four stars is that the outside areas (driveway, deck, back yard, etc) are in need of a good cleaning. We will stay here again
